விவேகானந்தரின் 163-வது பிறந்தநாள் ஜனவரி 12 ஆம் திகதியை நினைவுகூரும் பொருட்டு, விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்வியல் கல்லூரி ஒவ்வொரு வருடமும் இந்த காலப்பகுதியில் இரத்ததான நிகழ்வினை மட்டக்களப்பு போதனா வைத்தியசாலை இரத்த வங்கியுடன் இணைந்து நடாத்துவது வழமையானதொன்றாகும். அதன் அடிப்படையில் 16.01.2025 அன்று காலை 9.30 மணிக்கு கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் இரத்ததான முகாமை சிறப்பாக ஏற்பாடு செய்தது. மனித நேயத்தை பரப்பும் முயற்சியாக, இந்நிகழ்வில் கல்லூரியின் பணிப்பாளர், அதிபர், போதனாசிரியர்கள், சேவையாளர்கள் மற்றும் பயிலுனர்களும் தன்னார்வத்துடன் இணைந்து செயல்பட்டனர். விழாவின் ஆரம்பத்தில், பயிலுனர்களுக்கு இரத்ததானத்தின் தேவையும், அதனுடைய அறிவியல் மற்றும் மனிதாபிமான முக்கியத்துவமும் விளக்கப்பட்டது.
