இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷன் இலங்கையில் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட 100வது வருடமான இந்த வருடத்தில் மிகவும் சிறப்பு மிக்க ஒரு நிகழ்வாக சிவானந்த நலன்புரி நிலையம் என்ற பெயரில் இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷனின் மலையகக் கிளை 10.02.2025 ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்நிகழ்வு இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷனின் இலங்கைக்கான தலைவர் ஶ்ரீமத் சுவாமி அக்ஷராத்மானந்தஜி மகராஜ் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றதுடன் இதற்கு உலகளாவிய இராமகிருஷ்ண மடம் மற்றும் மிஷன்களின் துணைத்தலைவர் அதி வணக்கத்திற்குரிய ஶ்ரீமத் சுவாமி சுஹிதானந்தஜி மஹராஜ் அவர்கள் கலந்து சிறப்பித்தமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
ஆரம்ப முதல் நாளான 09.02.2025 ஆம் திகதி 10 இற்கும் மேற்பட்ட இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷனின் சன்னியாசிகள், பல பிரபலங்கள், அதிகாரிகள், வர்த்தகர்கள், மற்றும் இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷனின் தொண்டர்கள், பக்கதர்கள் என ஆயிரக்கணக்கான மக்கள் நாட்டின் பல பாகங்களில் இருந்தும் வந்து கலந்துகொண்டனர். கிட்டத்தட்ட 2 Km நடைபவனியாக நடைபெற்ற இந்த ஊர்வலமானது மலையத்தில் ஒரு ஆன்மீக எழுச்சியினை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
தொடர்ச்சியாக 10.02.2025 ஆம் திகதி அருள்மிகு ஶ்ரீ மஹா கணபதி, பகவான் ஶ்ரீராமகிருஷ்ணர், அன்னை ஶ்ரீசாரதாதேவியார், சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர் பிரதிஷ்டை மஹா கும்பாவிஷேகமும் சிவானந்த நலன்புரி நிலையத்தின் திறப்பு விழா நிகழ்வுகளும் சிறப்பான முறையில் நடைபெற்றது.
இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷனின் மலையக கிளை உருவாவதற்கு இடத்தினை நன்கொடையாக வழங்கிய திரு.ராமசாமி ரெட்டியார் விஜயபாலன் அவர்களுக்கு இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷனின் கௌரவ விருது வழங்கி கௌரவித்து பாராட்டப்பட்டார். அத்துடன் பல கலை நிகழ்வுகளுடன், கும்பாவிஷேக மலர், புத்தகம், கலண்டர், பொன்மொழி கையேடு என்பனவும் வெளியீடு செய்யப்பட்டது.
இந்த கிளையில் பல்வேறு ஆன்மீக மற்றும் சமூகப்பணிகள் முன்னெடுக்கப்பட இருப்பதுடன், மலையக தோட்டப்புற மாணவர்கள், இளைஞர்களிற்கான வழிகாட்டல் செயற்பாடுகள், கணினி மற்றும் தொழில் பயிற்சிகள் போன்றவையும் நடைபெற இருப்பதுடன் இலவச மருத்துவ முகாம், வாசிகசாலை என்பனவும் அமையபெற்றுள்ளது.

Ramakrishna Mission Branch in Kotagala
This year, which marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Ramakrishna Mission in Sri Lanka, marks the inauguration of the Ramakrishna Mission’s branch in the hill country under the name of Sivananda Welfare Centre on 10.02.2025.
The event was held under the chairmanship of Srimad Swami Aksharathmanandaji Maharaj, President of the Ramakrishna Mission in Sri Lanka, and it is noteworthy that the Vice President of the Worldwide Ramakrishna Math and Missions, Most Venerable Srimad Swami Suhidanandaji Maharaj, graced the occasion.
On the first day of the inauguration, 09.02.2025, more than 10,000 people including Sannyasis of the Ramakrishna Mission, many celebrities, officials, businessmen, and volunteers and supporters of the Ramakrishna Mission, came from many parts of the country to participate. This procession, which was held for about 2 km, has created a spiritual awakening in the hills.
On 10.02.2025, the Maha Kumbavishekam of the installation of Arulmigu Sri Maha Ganapathi, Bhagwan Sri Ramakrishna, Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and the inauguration of the Sivananda Welfare Center were held in a grand manner.
Mr. Ramaswamy Reddyar Vijayabalan, who donated the land for the establishment of the Hill Branch of the Ramakrishna Mission, was honored and appreciated with the Ramakrishna Mission’s Honorary Award. Along with many artistic events, Kumbavishekam flowers, books, calendars, and a golden guide were also released.
This branch will carry out various spiritual and social activities, provide guidance to students and youth from the upland plantation sector, provide computer and vocational training, and also provide free medical camps and a reading room.
