வியாபார சந்தைப்படுத்தல் திறன்விருத்திக்கான விசேட செயலமர்வு

விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தின் இளைஞர்களுக்கான திறன்விருத்தி பயிற்சி மூலம் அவர்களுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்புக்களை ஏற்படுத்தும் செயல்பாட்டினை கடந்த 12 வருடங்களாக மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றது.

அதன் ஒரு கட்டமாக இங்கு பயிற்சியை பூர்த்தி செய்கின்ற மாணவர்களில் வியாபார சந்தைப்படுத்தல் ஆர்வம் உள்ளவர்களை அடையாளப்படுத்தி அவர்களுக்கான விசேட தெளிவூட்டல் செயலமர்வினை Amirda Resourse Hub உறுப்பினரும், மலிபன் கம்பெனியின் வடகிழக்கிற்கான சந்தைப்படுத்தல் சிரேஸ்ட உத்தியோகதர் திரு.கு.புவதாஸ் அவர்கள் பயிலுனர்களிற்கான வியாபார சந்தைப்படுத்தல் சம்பந்தமான தெளிவூட்டலை வழங்கியதுடன் ஆர்வம் உள்ளவர்களை தெரிவு தெரிவு செய்யும் செயற்பாடு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

அத்தோடு மலிபன் கம்பனியில் காணப்படும் வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கள் மற்றும் ஆட்சேர்பு நடவடிக்கைகள் தொடர்பிலான செயன்முறைகளை மலிபன் கம்பனியின் சார்பில் வளவாளராக வருகை தந்திருந்த பிராந்திய மேலாளர் பயிலுனர்களிற்கு தெளிவூட்டல்களை வழங்கியிருந்தார்.

இதன் மூலம் மாணவர்கள் எதிர்காலத்தில் தொழில் வாய்ப்புக்களை பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு தேவையான தகுதிகளை எவ்வாறு வளர்த்தக்கொள்வது மற்றும் எவ்வாறான அடிப்படை தகுதிகள் தொழிவாய்ப்பொன்றை பெறுவதற்கு அவசியம் போன்ற தகவல்களை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள கூடியவாறு அமைந்திருந்தமை சுட்டிக்காட்டத்தக்கது.

Special Workshop on Skill Development in Business Marketing

Vivekananda College of Technology has been actively conducting skill development training for the youth of the Batticaloa district over the past 12 years, aiming to create better employment opportunities for them.

As part of this initiative, students who have completed their training and shown interest in business marketing were identified. A special awareness session was then organized for them by Mr. K. Buvathas, a member of Amirda Resource Hub and the Senior Marketing Officer for the North-Eastern Region at Maliban Company. During the session, he provided valuable insights into business marketing, and a process was initiated to select interested individuals for further opportunities.

Additionally, a Regional Manager representing Maliban Company conducted an awareness session on the available job opportunities and recruitment procedures at Maliban, offering detailed guidance to the trainees.

This program proved to be noteworthy as it enabled students to understand how to develop the essential skills needed for future employment and what fundamental qualifications are necessary to secure a job.
