Ferrari releases technical details for “Elettrica”
Italian luxury sports car manufacturer Ferrari has officially revealed the technical specifications of its first fully electric supercar, “Elettrica.”
The chassis, battery, and electric motors of the Elettrica have all been developed at Ferrari’s new “e-building” factory.
This supercar has been created entirely using Ferrari’s in-house technology. It is said to offer a driving range of over 530 kilometers.
Ferrari has also engineered a unique “Ferrari sound experience” by using motor and mechanical vibrations to recreate the authentic Ferrari engine sound.
The company emphasizes that this is not a fake or artificial sound, but an electric reproduction of real engine acoustics.
According to foreign media reports, the Elettrica will be priced at a minimum of €500,000 ($580,400).
The complete design and model of this supercar will be unveiled in 2026, with sales expected to begin later that year.
