விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியை பார்வையிட்டார் ஶ்ரீமத் சுவாமி அபவர்கானந்தஜி மகாராஜ்
இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷன் மட்டக்களப்பு நூற்றாண்டு விழாவை முன்னிட்டு, இந்தியா மயிலாப்பூர் ஸ்ரீ ராமகிருஷ்ண மடத்தில் இருந்து வருகைதந்த ராமகிருஸ்ண விஜயம் சஞ்சிகையின் நூலாசிரியர் ஶ்ரீமத் சுவாமி அபவர்கானந்தஜி மகாராஜ் அவர்கள் மட்டக்களப்பிற்கு விஜயம் மேற்கொண்டிருந்தார்.
இந்த நிலையில், மட்டக்களப்பு புதுக்குடியிருப்பு பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரிக்கு 23.10.2025 அன்று ஶ்ரீமத் சுவாமி அபவர்கானந்தஜி மகாராஜ் நேரில் விஜயம் செய்து பார்வையிட்டார்.
விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது கடந்த 12 வருடங்களாக மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள இளைஞர் யுவதிகளின் தொழிற்கல்வி மற்றும் வாழ்வியல் திறனை முன்னேற்றும் பல செயற்பாடுகளை நடாத்தி வருகின்றது.
இதன் மூலம் பயிற்சி பெற்று வெளியேறிய மாணவர்கள் தற்போது பல நிறுவனங்களில் சிறந்த நிலையில் விளங்குவதுடன், இலக்குகளே இல்லாமல் கல்லூரிக்கு பயிற்சி பெற வருகை தரும் பயிலுனர்களுக்கு சிறந்த வழிகாட்டல்களை வழங்குவது மாத்திரமின்றி, பாடசாலைக் கல்வியை தொடர்ந்து மேலதிக கல்வியை கற்க இயலாத மாணவர்கள் கல்வியை கைவிட்டு சமூகத்தில் தாழ்ந்து செல்வதை இனம்கண்டு அவர்களிற்கான உதவியினையும் மேற்கொண்டு வருவதுடன், தொழில்புரிபராக அல்லது தொழில் வழங்குனராக ஒருவரை வலுவூட்டும் செயற்பாடுகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர்.
இவ்வாறு கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் புதுக்குடியிருப்பு, கொம்மாதுறை, காரைதீவு, கரடியனாறு போன்ற பகுதிகளில் வருடாந்தம் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான பயிலுனர்களை பயிற்றுவித்து வெளியேற்றுவதுடன் முல்லைத்தீவு புதுக்குடியிருப்பிலும் இவ்வாறான செயற்பாடுகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர்.
இவ்வாறான சிறந்த நோக்குடன் செயற்படும் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியை சுவாமி அபவர்கானந்தஜி மகாராஜ் பார்வையிட்டதுடன், பயிலுனர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடினார்.
அதன் படி ஒருவர் தான் யார் என்பதனை அறிவது எப்படி என்பது பற்றியும் அத்துடன் நேரத்தினை எவ்வாறு பயனுள்ளதாக முகாமைத்துவம் செய்வது, கற்றல் எந்தளவுக்கு மனிதனின் வாழ்க்கையில் செல்வாக்கு செலுத்துகின்றது. ஒரு கற்றல் செயற்பாடு நடைமுறை வாழ்க்கையில் எவ்வாறு பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் வாழ்வின் எமது இந்த பிறப்பின் அடைவு என்ன என்பது பற்றியும் இன்றைய கால இளைஞர்கள் இலகுவில் புரிந்துகொள்ளக்கூடிய விதத்தில் அவர்களிற்கான ஒரு சிறந்த ஆன்மீக சொற்பொழிவினை ஆற்றினார்.
இதன்போது விவேகானந்த கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்றுப் பணிப்பாளர், வளவாளர்கள், போதனாசிரியர்கள், பணியாளர்கள், விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் கிளைகளான கொம்மாதுறை, காரைதீவு, கரடியனாறு ஆகியவற்றில் தொழில் பயிற்சி பெறும் பயிலுனர்கள் என பலரும் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

Swami Abhavarganandaji Maharaj Visits Vivekananda Technical College
In commemoration of the Centenary Celebration of the Ramakrishna Mission Batticaloa, Srimat Swami Abhavarganandaji Maharaj, editor of Ramakrishna Vijayam magazine from Sri Ramakrishna Math, Mylapore, Chennai, India, paid a visit to Batticaloa.
As part of his visit, on 23 October 2025, Swami Abhavarganandaji Maharaj personally visited and inspected the Vivekananda Technical College located in Puthukudiyiruppu, Batticaloa.
For the past twelve years, Vivekananda Technical College has been engaged in numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing the technical and life skills of young men and women in the district.
Through its various training programs, the college has helped many students secure employment in reputed organizations. Moreover, the institution not only provides proper guidance and training to new trainees who arrive without a clear career direction but also extends support to school dropouts — helping them to pursue skill-based education instead of falling behind in society. The college continues to empower individuals to become either skilled employees or potential entrepreneurs.
Operating with this noble vision, the institution annually trains and graduates hundreds of students across the Eastern Province, including its branches in Puthukudiyiruppu, Kommathurai, Karaitivu, and Karadianaru. Similar activities are also being carried out in Mullaitivu Puthukudiyiruppu.
During his visit, Swami Abhavarganandaji Maharaj interacted with the trainees and delivered an inspiring spiritual discourse.
He spoke about how to understand one’s true self, the effective management of time, the influence of learning in human life, and how education translates into practical life applications. He also reflected on the purpose of human birth and life’s ultimate goal, explaining these profound ideas in a way that today’s youth could easily grasp.
The event was attended by the Executive Director of Vivekananda College, resource persons, teaching staff, employees, and trainees from the college’s branches in Kommathurai, Karaitivu, and Karadianaru.
