உயர்கல்வியை தொடர முடியாத இளைஞர் யுவதிகள் Career Fit Program for Students Who Discontinued School Education சமூகத்திலிருந்து ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு, பொருளாதார ரீதியில் பின்னடைவைச் சந்திப்பதுடன், தொழில் வாய்ப்புகளைப் பெறுவதிலும் பல்வேறு சிக்கல்களை எதிர்கொள்கின்றனர்.
இவ்வாறான இளைஞர்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு, அவர்களுக்கு தொழில் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சிகளை வழங்கி, தொழில் வாய்ப்புகளுக்கு தகுதியாக மாற்றி அவர்களின் பொருளாதார நிலையை மேம்படுத்தும் பணியை, விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி கடந்த ஒரு தசாப்தத்திற்கும் மேலாகச் சிறப்பாக மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
அந்தப் பணியின் ஒரு பகுதியாக, மட்டக்களப்பு ராலோடை பிரதேசத்தின் மையங்கேணி பகுதியைச் சேர்ந்த 6 மாணவர்கள், 10ஆம் வகுப்பில் பாடசாலை கல்வியிலிருந்து இடைவிலகிய நிலையில், அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டு அவர்களின் எதிர்கால பொருளாதார முன்னேற்றத்திற்காக தொழில்கல்வி பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது. இந்த 6 மாணவர்களுக்கும் தேவையான போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் கல்விச் செலவுகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் பொறுப்பை World Vision NGO மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது.
மேலும், இம்மாணவர்கள் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் கொம்மாதுறை கிளையில் இடம்பெறும் Career Fit Program இல் இணைவதற்கான அறிமுக நிகழ்வு ராலோடை மகாவித்தியாலயத்தில் 27.10.2025 அன்று நடைபெற்றதோடு இந்நிகழ்வில் BT/KK/ராலோடை வள்ளுவர் வித்தியாலயத்தின் அதிபர் திரு. S. செந்தமிழன், மற்றும் World Vision முகாமையாளர் திரு. ஜெயக்குமார் உள்ளிட்டோர் பங்கேற்று மாணவர்களுக்கு வாழ்த்துகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
இந்த Career Fit Program மூலம் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் தொழில் திறமைகள், ஆர்வம், நுண்ணறிவு மற்றும் தனிப்பட்ட ஆளுமையை அறிந்து, அதனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு NVQ தொழில்நுட்பப் பயிற்சிகளை பூர்த்தி செய்வது எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

Career Fit Program for Students Who Discontinued School Education
Young men and women who are unable to continue higher education often become socially marginalized, face economic hardships, and encounter difficulties in accessing employment opportunities.
Identifying such youth and providing them with vocational education and training to make them employable — thereby improving their economic status — has been an important mission successfully carried out by Vivekananda College of Technology for more than a decade.
As part of this ongoing effort, six students from the Mayankeni area of Ralodai division in Batticaloa, who had dropped out of school after completing Grade 10, have been identified to receive vocational training aimed at securing their future economic stability.
The World Vision NGO has taken responsibility for covering the transportation and educational expenses of these six students.
Furthermore, an introductory event for these students to join the Career Fit Program at the Kommathurai branch of Vivekananda College of Technology was held at Ralodai Maha Vidyalayam on October 27, 2025.
The event was graced by Mr. S. Senthamilzan, Principal of BT/KK/Ralodai Valluvar Vidyalayam, and Mr. Jayakumar, Manager of World Vision, who both conveyed their best wishes to the students.
Through this Career Fit Program, students are expected to discover their vocational skills, interests, intelligence, and personal strengths, and based on that, successfully complete NVQ-level technical training programs that align with their abilities and career goals.
