Landslide Risk Warning Issued for Several Districts
Following the prevailing unstable weather conditions in the country, a landslide risk early warning has been issued for several districts.
Accordingly, the districts of Badulla, Kalutara, Kandy, Kegalle, Kurunegala, and Nuwara Eliya have been placed under this warning.
The Level 1 landslide early warning, which was enforced from 4 PM today, will remain in effect until 4 PM tomorrow, according to the National Building Research Organisation.
