கணனி கட்டமைப்பில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள திடீர் தொழில்நுட்பக் கோளாறு காரணமாக சேவைகள் இடைநிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதன் காரணமாக ஒரு நாள் சேவை உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து சேவைகளும், இன்று முன்னெடுக்கப்பட மாட்டாது என ஆட்பதிவுத் திணைக்களம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.

பத்தரமுல்லையில் அமைந்துள்ள தலைமை அலுவலகம் மற்றும் ஏனைய அனைத்து பிராந்திய அலுவலகங்களிலும் சேவைகள் தற்காலிகமாக இடைநிறுத்தப்படவுள்ளதாகவும் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

எனவே, தேவையற்ற வகையில் பொதுமக்கள் எவரும் தலைமை மற்றும் அனைத்து பிராந்திய அலுவலகங்களுக்கும் வருகைத்தர வேண்டாம் என ஆட்பதிவுத் திணைக்களம் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது.

Registrar Department Services Temporarily Suspended

All public services of the Department of Registration of Persons have been temporarily suspended today.

It has been reported that the suspension is due to a sudden technical failure in the computer system.

As a result, all services, including the one-day service, will not be carried out today, the department announced.

Services at the head office located in Battaramulla, as well as all regional offices, have also been temporarily suspended.

Therefore, the Department has requested the public not to visit the head office or any regional offices unnecessarily.
