பொதுவாக இத்தகைய நுண்மூலகங்கள் சந்தையில் கிடைக்கும் வணிக உரங்களில் இருப்பினும், அவை இரசாயன வடிவில் இருப்பதால் மண் மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு பாதிப்பு ஏற்படும் வாய்ப்புள்ளது. இதற்கான சிறந்த மாற்றாக, வீட்டிலேயே இயற்கையான முறையில் நுண்மூலக கரைசலை தயாரிக்கலாம்.

🍃 தேவையான பொருட்கள்:

Waste De Composer (WDC) – 1 லிட்டர்

சர்க்கரை அல்லது கருப்பட்டி – 2 கிலோ

நீர் – 17 லிட்டர்

இரும்பு ஆணி – 100 கிராம்

செம்பு தகடு அல்லது கம்பி – 250 கிராம்

பருப்பு வகைகள் (கிடைக்கும் 5 வகைகள்) – ஒவ்வொன்றும் ½ கிலோ
(உளுந்து, கடலை, சோயா, கொள்ளு, கெளபி, பயறு போன்றவை)

எண்ணெய் வித்துக்கள் (கிடைக்கும் 3 வகைகள்) – ஒவ்வொன்றும் ½ கிலோ
(எள்ளு, கடுகு, ஆமணக்கு, சூரியகாந்தி விதைகள் போன்றவை)

🧪 தயாரிக்கும் முறை:

Activated WDC தயாரித்தல்:
1 லிட்டர் WDC-ஐ 2 கிலோ சர்க்கரை/கருப்பட்டியுடன் மாவாக அரைத்து 17 லிட்டர் நீரில் கலந்து, காற்றுப்புகாமல் மூடி 7 நாட்கள் வைக்கவும். இதனால் Activated WDC உருவாகும்.

கரைசல் தயாரித்தல்:
இதனை 4 மடங்கு நீருடன் கலந்து மொத்தம் 100 லிட்டர் கரைசலாக்கவும். அதிலிருந்து 20 லிட்டர் எடுத்து தனியே வைக்கவும்.

நுண்மூலக கலவையாக்கம்:
இந்த 20 லிட்டர் WDC-யுடன் அனைத்து பருப்பு மற்றும் எண்ணெய் விதை மாவுகளையும் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும்.
அதனுடன் 100 கிராம் இரும்பு மற்றும் 250 கிராம் செம்பு உலோகத்தையும் சேர்க்கவும்.

சர்க்கரை சேர்த்தல்:
2 கிலோ தூளாக்கிய சர்க்கரை அல்லது கருப்பட்டியை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும்.

பரல் மூடி வைப்பது:
சுத்தமான பிளாஸ்டிக் பரலில் இவ்வளவு கலவையையும் ஊற்றி, மேலே சணல் சாக்கை போட்டு வாயை இறுக்கி கட்டவும். இதனை 10 நாட்கள் அமைதியாக வைக்கவும்.

🌾 பயன்படுத்தும் முறை:

10 நாட்கள் கழித்து தயாரான நுண்மூலக கரைசலில்,
1 லிட்டர் கரைசல் + 5 லிட்டர் நீர் என்ற அளவில் கலந்து நிலத்தில் தெளிக்கலாம்.

இவ்வாறு தெளித்தால் பயிர்களின் நுண்ணூட்டச் சத்துப்பற்றாக்குறைகள் நீங்கி, தாவரங்கள் ஆரோக்கியமாக வளர்ந்துவிடும்.

Producing Natural Micronutrients for Crops

In today’s agriculture, micronutrients play a vital role. These are essential nutrients required by plants in very small quantities for healthy growth. Micronutrients include Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn), Zinc (Zn), Boron (B), and Molybdenum (Mo).

Generally, these micronutrients are available in chemical fertilizers sold on the market. However, since they are in chemical form, they may cause harm to the soil and environment. As a better alternative, you can easily prepare natural micronutrient solution at home.

🍃 Ingredients Needed:

Waste Decomposer (WDC) – 1 litre
Sugar or Jaggery – 2 kg
Water – 17 litres
Iron nails – 100 g
Copper plate or wire – 250 g
Pulse varieties (any 5 available types) – ½ kg each
(e.g., black gram, chickpea, soybean, horse gram, cowpea, green gram, etc.)
Oil seeds (any 3 available types) – ½ kg each
(e.g., sesame, mustard, castor, sunflower seeds, etc.)

🧪 Preparation Method:

1. Activating the WDC:
Grind 1 litre of WDC with 2 kg of sugar or jaggery into a paste. Mix it with 17 litres of water in a clean container. Close it airtight and keep it for 7 days. This will form Activated WDC.

2. Preparing the Solution:
Mix the Activated WDC with 4 times water to make about 100 litres of solution. Take 20 litres of this mixture separately.

3. Micronutrient Mixture:
Add all the ground pulse and oilseed powders into the 20 litres of WDC. Then add 100 g of iron and 250 g of copper pieces or wires. Mix thoroughly.

4. Adding Sweetener:
Add 2 kg of powdered sugar or jaggery and mix well.

5. Fermentation:
Pour the mixture into a clean plastic barrel. Cover the mouth with a jute cloth and tie it tightly. Keep it undisturbed for 10 days.

🌾 Usage Method:

After 10 days, the micronutrient solution will be ready.
Mix 1 litre of this solution with 5 litres of water and spray it on the soil or plants.

This helps eliminate micronutrient deficiencies in crops and promotes healthy plant growth.
