அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தினால் மட்டக்களப்பில் உள்ள அரச சார்பற்ற அமைப்புக்களுடனான கலந்துரையாடல் 17.06.2025 அன்று நடைபெற்றது. இக் கலந்துரையாடலானது விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்ப கல்லூரி, அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் திரு.க.பிரதீஸ்வரன் மற்றும் அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தின் பிரதம நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரி திரு.த.புவிகரன் ஆகியோரின் தலைமையில் இடம்பெற்றது. இதில் பல சமூக சேவையாளர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

இக் கலந்துரையாடலின் முக்கிய அம்சமாக, விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் பயிற்சி அலுவலகர் திரு.சாள்ஸ் கிரேஷியன் அவர்களால் கழிவுப் பொருட்களை பயனுள்ள தயாரிப்புகளாக மாற்றும் தங்களது முயற்சிகளை மிக சிறப்பாக விளக்கியது மட்டுமல்லாது அவர்கள் உருவாக்கும் தயாரிப்புகள் சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்குப் பயனுள்ளவையாகவும், சமூக விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையிலும் காணப்படுகின்றன என்பது பற்றி தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.

மேலும், இக் கலந்துரையாடலில் Amirda Resource hub வளவாளர்களான திரு.கலைவேந்தன் மற்றும் திரு.ஜெகநாதன் ஆகியோரால் சமூக சேவை அமைப்புகளுக்கான திட்ட முன்மொழிவு பற்றிய விளக்கங்களும் மற்றும் சில நிறுவனங்களின், தனிமனித நிலையான வளர்ச்சிக்கு தேவையான முக்கிய விடயங்களும் பகிரப்பட்டன. தொடர்ச்சியாக இக் கலந்துரையாடலில் பங்குபற்றிய நிறுவனங்கலின் பிரதிநிதிகளால் தாங்கள் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவடடத்தில் ஆற்றி வரும் சேவைகள் பற்றி மிக தெளிவாக எடுத்துக்கூறப்பட்டது

Climate Change Discussion Conducted by Civil Organizations in Batticaloa

A climate change discussion was organized by Amirda on 17.06.2025 with civil society organizations in Batticaloa. The session was held at Vivekananda College of Technology, under the leadership of Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of Amirda, and Mr. T. Puvikaran, Chief Executive Officer of Amirda. Many social service representatives took part in this meaningful discussion.

A key highlight of the discussion was a detailed presentation by Mr. Charles Gracian, Training Officer at Vivekananda College of Technology, on their efforts to convert waste materials into useful products. He explained how these products are not only environmentally friendly but also serve to raise public awareness on sustainability.

Additionally, Mr. Kalaivendhan and Mr. Jeganathan, facilitators from the Amirda Resource Hub, provided valuable insights on project proposal writing for social service organizations. They also shared key ideas essential for the sustainable growth of both institutions and individuals.

Furthermore, representatives from the participating organizations elaborated on the services they are currently delivering within the Batticaloa district.
