மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் இளைஞர்களிற்கு வேலை அனுபவம் மற்றும் தொழில்முயற்சியாளர்களின் முன்னேற்றம் போன்ற விடயங்களை கருத்தில் கொண்டு நிதி நிருவாக மேலாண்மை மற்றும் கணினி தொழில்நுட்ப சேவைகள் போன்ற பல்வேறு சேவைகளை மேற்கொண்டு வரும் அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தின் மற்றுமொரு சிறந்த சேவையாக அமிர்தா நிபுணத்துவ வளவாளர் குழாம் (Amirda Resource Hub) உருவாக்கம் தொடர்பான கலந்துரையாடல் நிகழ்வு 2025.06.07 ஆம திகதி இன்று நடைபெற்றது.

இந்தக் குழாம், தொழில்துறை, கல்வி, தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம், சமூக அபிவிருத்தி, விவசாயம், நிறுவன மேலாண்மை, வழிகாட்டலும் ஆற்றுப்படுத்தலும், விற்பனை மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்தல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு துறைகளில் அனுபவம் மற்றும் நிபுணத்துவம் கொண்ட பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர்கள், ஆலோசகர்கள் மற்றும் துறை சார்ந்த வல்லுநர்களை ஒருங்கிணைக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் உருவாக்கப்படுகிறது.

Discussion on the Formation of Amirda Expert Resource Team in Batticaloa

Taking into consideration the need to provide work experience for youth and support the growth of entrepreneurs in the Batticaloa district, a discussion was held today, June 7, 2025, regarding the formation of another key initiative by the Amirda organization, which has been delivering various services such as financial management and IT services — the Amirda Expert Resource Team (Amirda Resource Hub).

This team is being formed with the aim of bringing together trainers, consultants, and domain experts with experience and expertise across a range of fields, including industry, education, information technology, social development, agriculture, organizational management, mentoring and empowerment, sales, and marketing.

During this discussion, Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of VCOT, and Mr. T. Puvikaran, Chief Executive Officer of Amirda, provided detailed explanations about the purpose of the team’s formation, its key contributions, future directions, and implementation plans.

In response to the evolving contemporary context, and with the goal of contributing to district development through social and economic progress and talent empowerment, the Amirda Social Organization is establishing this expert resource team.

Through this initiative:

Capacity development will be offered to both the community and the business sector through sector-specific training, guidance, and consultation.
Career guidance, job opportunities, and entrepreneurship development for youth will be strengthened.
The contribution of highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals will be expanded across various domains to drive social transformation.
The discussion also covered registration procedures and operational mechanisms for experts interested in participating in the team’s formation.

This initiative, carried forward under the theme “Connecting Talent, Creating Impact,” is expected to become a significant step toward the social and economic advancement of the district.
