விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது தனிமனித மற்றும் இளைஞர்கள் மத்தியில் வலுவூட்டலினூடாக சமூக பொருளாதார மாற்றம் எனும் இலக்கை நோக்கிய பயணத்தில், கல்லூரியில் தொழில்கல்வி பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமன்றி சமூகத்தின் மத்தியிலும் பல்வேறுபட்ட செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்து வருகின்றமை குறிப்பிடதக்கவிடயமாகும்.
அந்த வகையில் மட்/தாழங்குடா விநாயகர் வித்தியாலயத்தில் கல்வி கற்கும் 55 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கான விசேட செயலமர்வானது 2025.06.23 திங்கட்கிழமை அன்று புதுக்குடியிருப்பு விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்டவியல் கல்லூரியில் இடம்பெற்றது.
இச்செயலமர்வின் ஆரம்ப கட்டமாக மாணவர்கள் தமது அன்றாட வாழ்கையில் எதிர்நோக்க கூடிய பிரச்சினைகளை அடையாளங்கண்டு சரியான முறையில் அதனை தீர்த்துக்கொள்வதற்கான வழிமுறைகள் மற்றும் ஒரு பிரச்சினையை சரியான முறையில் அணுகுவதன் மூலம் அதில் இருந்து வெளிவருவதற்கான திறன்கள் என்பன செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது, மற்றும் அவர்களின் இலக்கினை சரியான முறையில் அடையாளப்படுத்துவது மற்றும் எதிர்கால தொழிநுட்ப உலகிற்கு ஏற்றார் போல் தமது தொழிற்பாதையினை தற்போது இருந்தே திட்டமிடுவதற்காக எதிர்கால உலகில் அதிக வேலைவாய்ப்பக்களை ஏற்படுத்தி தொழிநுட்ப உலகினை ஆளப்போகும் தொழில் வாய்ப்புக்களுக்கான பாடநெறிகளை தமது பாடத்தெரிவுகளில் தெரிவசெய்வதன் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் விளக்கமான முறையில் அறிக்கைகளின் உதவியுடன் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டமை குறிப்பிடதக்க விடயமாகும்.

அந்த வகையில், இச்செயலமர்வில் கலந்துகொண்டதன் மூலம் தமது இலக்குகளை உரிய முறையில் அடையாளங்காண்பது பற்றியும் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளுக்கு ஏற்ற விதத்தில் பாடநெறிகளை தெரிவு செய்வதற்கான திறன்களையும் பெற்றுகொண்டதாக மாணவர்கள் தமது ஆக்கபூர்வமான கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்தனர்.

Special Workshop to Clarify Students’ Goals
Vivekananda College of Technology is journeying toward the goal of social and economic transformation through empowerment among individuals and youth. In this journey, the institute has been actively implementing various initiatives not only for students pursuing vocational education but also within the broader community.
As part of this effort, a special workshop was conducted for over 55 students from BT/Thalangkuda Vinayagar Vidyalaya on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Vivekananda College of Technology, Puthukudiyiruppu.
In the initial phase of this session, students were guided to identify the challenges they commonly face in their daily lives and were taught practical approaches to resolving those issues. Through a series of interactive activities, they were introduced to techniques for effectively approaching and overcoming problems. Students were also helped to clearly define their personal goals, and were guided on how to start planning their career paths from now on, particularly toward thriving in the future world of technology, which is expected to create numerous employment opportunities.
The importance of selecting appropriate academic subjects that align with such emerging opportunities was also explained clearly, supported by visual presentations and reports.
Additionally, the session emphasized the importance of enhancing communication skills, technological literacy, and English proficiency in today’s fast-evolving world. The necessity of vocational education was also elaborated upon.
Students who participated in the session shared positive feedback, stating that the workshop helped them to clearly recognize their goals and gain the ability to choose academic streams that would increase their chances of future employability.
