அந்த வகையில் மட்டக்களப்பில் தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு பங்களிப்பை வழங்கி வரும் அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தினூடாக கல்லூரியில் ICTT L3 மற்றும் CNT L4 பயிலும் பயிலுனர்களுக்கான விசேட செயலமர்வானது 23.04.2025 ஆம் திகதி புதன்கிழமை அன்று புதுக்குடியிருப்பில் அமைந்துள்ள விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியில் இடம்பெற்றது.
இதில் பயிலுனர்கள் பயிற்சிநெறியின் பின்னர் அவர்களது கல்வி தகைமைகளுக்கு ஏற்றவிதத்தில் சரியான தொழில் வாய்ப்புகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறைகள், அவர்களது பயிற்சி நெறிக்கு தொழில் உலகில் உள்ள வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கள் பற்றியும் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது.

In this regard, a special career guidance session was conducted on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Vivekananda College of Technology, located in Puthukudiyiruppu. This event was organized in collaboration with Amirda, a renowned contributor to entrepreneurship and career development in the Batticaloa region.
The session specifically targeted trainees pursuing ICTT Level 3 and CNT Level 4 programs. It focused on enlightening them about the appropriate methods of applying for suitable job opportunities that align with their educational qualifications and vocational training.
Participants were provided with insights into:

- Building effective resumes and portfolios,
- Navigating the job market with a clear understanding of employer expectations, and

Representatives from Amirda Private Limited interacted directly with the trainees, sharing valuable knowledge and experience. Their guidance was instrumental in helping the trainees understand the roadmap to enter the workforce confidently and competently.
