மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் கணக்கியல் (IT & Accounting) சேவைகளுடன் முகாமைத்துவ வியாபார நிபுணத்துவ ஆலோசனைக்கான (Management Consultancy) முன்னோடியாக திகழ்கின்ற Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் செயற்பாடுகளில் ஒன்றாக, 21.04.2025 ஆம் திகதி, மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலகத்தில் கடமை புரியும் அலுவலர்களுக்கான Smart tools for Smarter Work என்னும் தலைப்பில் கணினி தொழில்நுட்ப நுட்பங்களை பயன்படுத்தல் பயிற்சி ஆரம்ப நிகழ்வு சிறப்பாக இடம்பெற்றது.
மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலாளர் திருமதி.நமசிவாயம் சத்தியானந்தி அவர்களின் தலைமையில் Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் திரு.க.பிரதீஸ்வரன் மற்றும் Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் பிரதம நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரி திரு.த.புவிகரன் ஆகியோரின் பங்குபற்றுதலுடன் இந் நிகழ்வு முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டது.
இந்த நிகழ்வின் முதன்மை நோக்கம், பொது நிர்வாகத் துறையில் பணியாற்றும் அலுவலர்களுக்கு டிஜிட்டல் திறன்களை ஏற்படுத்தி, அவர்கள் அன்றாடப் பணிகளை விரைவாகவும் திறமையாகவும் செய்யும் வகையில் உதவுவதாக அமைந்தது.
இன்றைய கணினி மற்றும் இணைய வளர்ச்சி காலத்தில், அலுவலக நடவடிக்கைகள் பெரும்பாலும் மின்னணுவாக (digital) நடைபெறுகின்றன. இந்த வகையில், அறிந்த தொழில்நுட்பம் நம்மையும் நம் பணியினையும் முன்னேற்றும். அதனடிப்படையில் இந்த வகை பயிற்சிகள் அதிகாரிகளுக்குப் பெரும் வழிகாட்டியாக அமைகின்றன.

A Path to Digital Skills : Amirda’s Training Event in Manmunai West
As part of its ongoing initiatives, Amirda, a pioneering organization in the Batticaloa District providing services in Information Technology, Accounting, and Management Consultancy, successfully conducted the inaugural session of a training event titled “Smart Tools for Smarter Work” on 21st April 2025. This session was held for officers serving at the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat.
The event was conducted under the leadership of the Divisional Secretary of Manmunai West, Mrs. Namasivayam Sathiyananthi, with the participation of Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of Amirda, and Mr. T. Buvikaran, Chief Executive Officer of Amirda.
The primary objective of this training was to equip public administrative officers with digital skills that would help them perform their day-to-day tasks more efficiently and effectively.
In today’s age of rapid development in computers and the internet, most office activities are increasingly handled in a digital format. Knowing how to use technology not only helps us advance in our work but also enhances personal growth. In this context, such training sessions act as a major guiding tool for officers.
These kinds of training help government officials to save time, exchange information accurately and securely, and ensure smooth execution of their administrative duties.
The training will include modules on document creation, data handling, accounting, document sharing, and the use of internet-based technologies, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools.
During the initial discussion on the upcoming series of training sessions, all participating officers expressed great satisfaction about the benefits of this program.
They emphasized that such training should be continued regularly, as it would be a significant step forward in their professional development.
