Certificate Awarding Ceremony for Trainees மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் 12 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக இளைஞர்களின் மாற்றத்திற்கான வலுவூட்டல் எனும் தொனிப்பொருளில் பல்வேறுபட்ட செயற்பாடுகளை விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது சமூகத்தின் மத்தியில் மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றது.
அந்த வகையில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் புதுக்குடியிருப்பு, கொம்மாதுறை கிளைகள் மற்றும் காரைதீவு சமுதாய அறக்கட்டளை ஆகியவற்றில் பயிற்சி பெற்ற பயிலுனர்களிற்கான சான்றிதழ் வழங்கும் நிகழ்வு 11.01.2026 அன்று விபுலானந்தர் ஞாபகார்த்த மண்டபத்தில் இடம்பெற்றது.
கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் க. பிரதீஸ்வரன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் இடம்பெற்ற இந்நிகழ்வில் கற்கை நெறிகளை பூர்த்தி செய்த மாணவர்களுக்கு NVQ தரச் சான்றிதழ்கள் (தேசிய தொழில் சார் தகைமைத் தகுதிச் சான்றிதழ்), வாழ்க்கைத் திறன் பயிற்சி நெறிக்கான சான்றிதழ்கள் மற்றும் ஆங்கில மற்றும் சிங்களப் பாடநெறிக்கான சான்றிதழ்கள் என்பன வழங்கப்பட்டன.
இந் நிகழ்விற்கு வருகை தந்த ஸ்ரீமத் சுவாமி நீலமாதவானந்தஜி மகாராஜ் அவர்கள் தனது ஆசி உரையில் “தற்போது Globalisation, Digitalisation பற்றி எல்லோராலும் அதிகமாக பேசப்படுகின்றது. இந்த இரண்டையும் நாம் கவனமாக கையாள வேண்டும் எனவும், ChatGPT போன்ற Intelligent கருவிகள் நம்முடைய சிந்திக்கும் திறனை பாதிக்காமல் இருக்கும் வகையில் அவற்றை கையாள வேண்டும் என கருத்து தெரிவித்தார்.
மேலும் நிகழ்வில் கலந்துகொண்ட மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட அரசாங்க அதிபரும் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயலாளருமான திரு. ஜே. எஸ். அருள்ராஜ் அவர்கள் “இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்விக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் உள்ளது. பல்வேறு தொழில் வழங்குநர்கள் தொழில்நுட்ப ரீதியாக பயிற்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை வழங்கி வருகின்றனர். வெறுமனே சான்றிதழ்களை வைத்திருப்பது மட்டும் பயனில்லை. தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வியை கற்று தொழில் வாய்ப்புகளை பெற்றவர்கள் பலர் இருக்கின்றார்கள். சான்றிதழ்களை மட்டும் வைத்திருக்காமல் உங்களுடைய கல்வி அறிவை நீங்கள் விருத்தி செய்ய வேண்டும். தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வியை கற்றவர்கள் தாங்களே தங்களுக்குரிய வேலையை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்ள முடியும். அது மட்டுமின்றி, சாதாரண மாணவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமன்றி விசேட தேவையுடைய மாணவர்களுக்கும் தொழில் கல்வி பயிற்சியினை விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி வழங்கியுள்ளது. அவர்களுக்கு என் வாழ்த்துகளும் பாராட்டுகளும்” என கருத்து தெரிவித்தார்.
இந்த நிகழ்வில் ஆத்மீக அதிதியாக ஸ்ரீமத் சுவாமி நீலமாதவானந்தஜி மகாராஜ் (பொது முகாமையாளர், இராமகிருஷ்ண மிஷன், கல்லடி, மட்டக்களப்பு), பிரதம அதிதியாக அரசாங்க அதிபரும் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயலாளருமான திரு. ஜே. எஸ். அருள்ராஜ் அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டதோடு, பிரதி திட்டமிடல் பணிப்பாளர் மண்முனைபற்று பிரதேசம் திரு. A. சுதர்சன், இணைப்பாளர் CERI திரு. I. மைக்கல், இணைப்பாளர் YGRO திரு. J. N. ராஜ்குமார் சோலமன் ஆகியோர் கலந்துகொண்டு மாணவர்களுக்கு சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கி வைத்தனர்.
இதன்போது 200-க்கு மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கி வைக்கப்பட்டதுடன் அதிதிகளும் கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டனர். இவ்வாறு வருடாந்தம் அண்ணளவாக 850-க்கு மேற்பட்ட இளைஞர்களுக்கு பயிற்சியினை வழங்குவதுடன் அவர்களின் தொழில் பாதையினை தெளிவூட்டி வருகின்றமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
இதேவேளை விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது எதிர்காலத்தில் தொழில்நுட்பத்துடன் விவசாயம் மற்றும் வாழ்வியல் விடயங்களையும் கவனத்தில் கொண்டு தொழில் முயற்சியாளர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் செயற்பாடுகளிலும் ஈடுபடவுள்ளது.

Certificate Awarding Ceremony for Trainees
For more than 12 years, the Vivekananda College of Technology has been carrying out various activities in the Batticaloa District under the theme of empowering youth for transformation within the community.
Accordingly, a certificate awarding ceremony for trainees who were trained at the Puthukudiyiruppu and Kommathurai branches of the Vivekananda College of Technology, as well as the Karaithivu Community Foundation, was held on 11.01.2026 at the Vipulanandar Memorial Hall.
At this event, held under the leadership of the Executive Director of the College, Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, students who successfully completed their courses were awarded NVQ level certificates (National Vocational Qualification), life skills training certificates, and English and Sinhala course certificates.
Addressing the gathering in his blessing speech, Srimat Swami Neelamadhavanandaji Maharaj stated that Globalisation and Digitalisation are widely discussed today and emphasized that these should be handled carefully, adding that intelligent tools such as ChatGPT should be used in a way that does not affect human thinking ability.
Meanwhile, Batticaloa District Government Agent and District Secretary, Mr. J. S. Arulraj, who also addressed the event, said that technical education plays a vital role in today’s world. He noted that many employers give priority to technically trained individuals, and that mere possession of certificates is not enough. He stressed the importance of developing one’s knowledge and skills, pointing out that those who acquire technical education can even create their own employment opportunities. He further added that the Vivekananda College of Technology provides vocational training not only for regular students but also for students with special needs, and extended his congratulations and appreciation to them.
The event was graced by Srimat Swami Neelamadhavanandaji Maharaj (General Manager, Ramakrishna Mission, Kallady, Batticaloa) as the Chief Spiritual Guest, and Mr. J. S. Arulraj as the Chief Guest. Also present were Deputy Director of Planning for Manmunai Pattu, Mr. A. Sudarshan, CERI Coordinator Mr. I. Michael, and YGRO Coordinator Mr. J. N. Rajkumar Solomon, who distributed certificates to the students.
On this occasion, certificates were awarded to more than 200 students, and the guests were also honoured. Notably, the institution provides training to more than 850 youths annually, guiding them towards clearer career paths.
Meanwhile, the Vivekananda College of Technology is also planning to promote entrepreneurship in the future by integrating technology with agriculture and livelihood development.
