இளைஞர் யுவதிகளுக்கான எதிர்கால தொழில்வழிகாட்டல்
விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது கடந்த 12 வருடங்களாக மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள இளைஞர் யுவதிகளின் தொழில்கல்வி மற்றும் வாழ்வியல் திறனை முன்னேற்றும் பல செயற்பாடுகளை நடாத்தி வருகின்றது.
அந்த வகையில் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயலகத்தை அண்டியுள்ள பகுதிகளான பாலமீன்மடு, கொக்குவில், திராய்மடு ஆகிய பகுதிகளில் வாழும் இளைஞர் யுவதிகளுக்கான எதிர்கால தொழில்வழிகாட்டல் மற்றும் வாழ்வியல் திறனை மேம்படுத்தும் வகையிலான வழிகாட்டல் செயலமர்வு 22/09/2025 மாவட்ட செயலகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.
விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் வளவாளர்களான ராஜு ஹப்ரியல், எஸ்.கிரேஷியன், இரா.கலைவேந்தன் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு இளைஞர் யுவதிகளின் சுய வளர்ச்சி எவ்வாறு தொழில் வளர்ச்சிக்கு பங்களிக்கின்றது, மற்றும் எவ்வாறு சுய வளர்ச்சியை மேற்கொள்வது என்பது தொடர்பாக தெளிவுப்படுத்தினார்கள்.
அத்துடன் இலக்குகளை எவ்வாறு உருவாக்குவது அதனை எவ்வாறு அடைவது என்பது தொடர்பிலும் பல்வேறு விளையாட்டுகள் மூலம் இலகுவாக கற்றுக்கொள்ள கூடிய வண்ணம் தெளிவுபடுத்தப்பட்டது.
இந்த நிகழ்வில் 25 இளைஞர் யுவதிகள் பங்கு பற்றியிருந்ததுடன்அவர்களுக்கான பயிற்சிப்பட்டறை சான்றிதழ்களும் வழங்கி வைக்கப்பட்டது.
மேலும் இந்த நிகழ்வில் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட அரசாங்க அதிபரும் மாவட்ட செயலாளருமாகிய திருமதி.ஜஸ்டினா முரளிதரன் மற்றும் உதவி மாவட்ட செயலாளர் ஜீ. பிரணவன் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
மாவட்ட உளவளத்துணை உத்தியோகத்தர் உ.சுபாநந்தினி அவர்களால் ஒழுங்குபடுத்தப்பட்ட இவ் வழிகாட்டல் செயலமர்வு இளைஞர்களை மையப்படுத்தி தொடர்ந்து இடம்பெறவுள்ளமை குறிப்பிடதக்கது.

Future Career Guidance for Young Women
Vivekananda College of Technology has been conducting many activities to improve the vocational education and life skills of young women in the district for the last 12 years.
In this regard, a guidance workshop to improve future career guidance and life skills for young women living in the areas of Palameenmadu, Kokuvil, and Thiraimadu, which are adjacent to the Batticaloa District Secretariat, was held at the District Secretariat on 22/09/2025.
Resource persons of Vivekananda College of Technology, Raju Habrial, S. Cretian, and I. Kalaiventhan, participated and explained how the self-development of young women contributes to career development, and how to carry out self-development.
In addition, how to set goals and achieve them was explained in a way that can be learned easily through various games.
25 young people participated in this event and certificates were presented to them.
Also present at the event were the Governor and District Secretary of Batticaloa District, Mrs. Justina Muralitharan and Assistant District Secretary, G. Pranavan.
It is worth noting that this guidance workshop organized by the District Intelligence Officer, U. Subhanandini, will continue to be held with a focus on the youth.
