Goal Setting Program Held at Karadiyanaru Humanitarian Community College பின்தங்கிய மற்றும் தேவையுடைய பிரதேசங்களை மையப்படுத்தியதாக பல்வேறு செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்து வரும் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் ஒரு செயற்பாடாக, மனித நேய நம்பிக்கை நிதியத்தின் அனுசரணையில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்ற கரடியனாறு மனித நேயம் சமுதாயக் கல்லூரியில், 19.03.2026 அன்று Goal Setting நிகழ்வு நடைபெற்றது.
அந்த வகையில் இளைஞர்களுக்கான வலுவூட்டல் செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் அவர்களது திறன்களை அடையாளப்படுத்துவது மற்றும் அவர்களுக்கான தொழில்சார் நுட்பங்களை விருத்தி செய்வது, மேலும் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் அவர்களின் தொழில்சார் திறன்களின் மூலம் தங்களது குறிக்கோளை அடைவதற்கான வழிமுறைகள் பற்றிய தெளிவூட்டல்கள் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் பயிற்சி முகாமையாளர் திரு. சார்ள்ஸ் கிரேஷியன் அவர்களால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
இம்முறை சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையில் தோற்றி பரீட்சை முடிவுகளுக்காக காத்திருக்கும் இளைஞர் யுவதிகளுக்கே இந்த Goal Setting நிகழ்வு நடைபெற்றது.
இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் தொழில்கல்வியின் அவசியம் பற்றியும், தற்போதைய மாணவர்கள் தமது உயர்கல்வியை தொடர்வதற்கு காணப்படும் வாய்ப்புகள் பற்றியும், வாழ்க்கைத்திறன் பயிற்சியின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் ஆக்கபூர்வமான கருத்துக்கள் தெளிவுபடுத்தப்பட்டன.

Goal Setting Program Held at Karadiyanaru Humanitarian Community College
As part of its ongoing initiatives focused on underserved and underprivileged communities, Vivekananda Technical College organized a Goal Setting program at the Karadiyanaru Humanitarian Community College. This program was conducted on 19.03.2026 with the support of the Humanitarian Trust Fund.
During the session, special attention was given to empowering youth by helping them identify their skills and enhance their vocational competencies. The training manager of Vivekananda Technical College, Mr. Charles Gracian, provided clear guidance on how young individuals can achieve their goals through the development of career-related skills in today’s context.
This Goal Setting program was specifically organized for young men and women who have completed their Ordinary Level (O/L) examinations and are currently awaiting their results.
Furthermore, the session highlighted the importance of vocational education in the modern world, the opportunities available for students to pursue higher education, and the significance of life skills training. Valuable and constructive insights were shared to guide students toward a more focused and successful future.
