இந்தநிலையில், இன்று பிற்பகல் 2.00 மணிக்குப் மேல், சபரகமுவ மற்றும் வடமேல் மாகாணங்களிலும் காலி மற்றும் மாத்தறை மாவட்டங்களின் ஒரு சில இடங்களில் மழை அல்லது இடியுடன் கூடிய மழை பெய்யக்கூடும்.

Hot Weather to Continue

The Department of Meteorology has announced that the prevailing hot weather conditions across the country are expected to continue.

Dry weather is likely to dominate most parts of the island.

However, after 2:00 PM today, showers or thundershowers may occur in some areas of the Sabaragamuwa Province and North Western Province, as well as in parts of the Galle District and Matara District.

In the morning, misty conditions may be experienced at some locations in the Central Province and Sabaragamuwa Province, along with parts of Galle and Matara districts.

During thundershowers, temporary strong winds may occur, and the public is advised to take necessary precautions to minimize damage caused by lightning.
