The Vivekananda Community Foundation annually distributes new clothes to girls and female students living in children’s homes in view of the Thai Pongal festival.

Accordingly, new clothes were distributed to the girls residing at the Jeevananda Girls’ Home located in Puthukudiyiruppu, in celebration of the Thai Pongal festival.

It is noteworthy that the Vivekananda Community Foundation, with the aim of fostering social change, continues to implement various initiatives to empower underprivileged rural communities, families living below the poverty line, women-headed households, and students, thereby contributing positively to their lives.
