சிசு செரிய சேவையை விரிவுப்படுத்த திட்டம்

Plans to Expand the Sisu Seriya School Transport Service இந்த ஆண்டு சிசு செரிய சேவையில் புதிதாக 200க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பேருந்துகளை இணைக்கத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளதாக பிரதி கல்வி அமைச்சர் மதுர செனவிரத்ன தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

பாடசாலை சிறுவர்களின் போக்குவரத்து சேவைகளை மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் இந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மாணவர்களின் பாதுகாப்பான போக்குவரத்தை உறுதி செய்ய இந்த ஆண்டு சுமார் ஒரு பில்லியன் ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

சிசு செரிய சேவையை நாடு தழுவிய ரீதியில் விரிவுபடுத்த, தனியார் பேருந்து உரிமையாளர்கள் மற்றும் சிறிய ரக வாகன உரிமையாளர்களை இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் இணையுமாறு தேசிய போக்குவரத்து ஆணைக்குழு அழைப்பு விடுத்துள்ளது.

போக்குவரத்து வசதி தேவைப்படும் மாணவர்கள், தங்கள் பாடசாலை அதிபர் ஊடாக அருகிலுள்ள இலங்கை போக்குவரத்து சபை அலுவலகத்திற்கு அறிவிப்பதன் மூலம் இந்தச் சேவையைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியும் என பிரதி கல்வி அமைச்சர் மதுர செனவிரத்ன தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Plans to Expand the Sisu Seriya School Transport Service

Deputy Minister of Education Madura Seneviratne has stated that there are plans to add more than 200 new buses to the Sisu Seriya school transport service this year.

This step has been taken with the aim of improving transportation services for school children.

In order to ensure the safe transportation of students, around one billion rupees has been allocated for this year.

To expand the Sisu Seriya service across the country, the National Transport Commission has invited private bus owners and small vehicle owners to join this program.

Students who require transport facilities can obtain this service by informing the nearest Sri Lanka Transport Board office through their school principal, according to Deputy Minister of Education Madura Seneviratne.
