நாட்டின் பல பகுதிகளில் இன்று 75 மில்லிமீற்றர் வரையான பலத்த மழைவீழ்ச்சி பதிவாகக்கூடும்.
மேல், சபரகமுவ, மத்திய, வட மத்திய மற்றும் தென் மாகாணங்களிலும் 75 மில்லிமீற்றர் வரையான மழைவீழ்ச்சி பதிவாகக்கூடும் என வளிமண்டலவியல் திணைக்களம் எதிர்வுகூறியுள்ளது.
மத்திய மலைநாட்டின் மேற்கு சரிவுகளிலும் மேல், வடக்கு, வடமத்திய, மாகாணங்களிலும் திருகோணமலை மாவட்டத்திலும் மணித்தியாலத்துக்கு 30 – 40 கிலோமீற்றர் வேகத்தில் காற்று வீசக்கூடும்.
இடியுடன் கூடிய மழை பெய்யும் சந்தர்ப்பங்கள் மற்றும் மின்னல் தாக்கங்களினால் ஏற்படும் அனர்த்தங்களைக் குறைப்பதற்குத் தேவையான பாதுகாப்பு முன்னாயத்த நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு வளிமண்டலவியல் திணைக்களம் பொது மக்களை அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது.
அத்துடன், 11 மாவட்டங்களுக்கு விடுக்கப்பட்ட மண்சரிவு அபாய முன்னெச்சரிக்கை இன்றும் அமுலில் இருக்கும் எனக் கட்டட ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

Possibility of Heavy Rainfall Today
