இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் இளைஞர்கள் தமது இலக்கினை அடையாளங்கண்ட போதிலும் அதனை உரிய காலகட்டத்தினுள் அடைவது பற்றிய தெளிவூட்டல் இன்மையினால் பல இன்னல்களை எதிர்கொள்கின்றனர்.
அதனடிப்படையில் திறமைகள் இருந்த போதிலும் குடும்பப்பிண்ணனி மற்றும் சரியான வழிகாட்டல்கள் இல்லாது காணப்படும் இளைஞர்களை மையப்படுத்தியதாக அடிப்படை கணணி, ஆங்கில அறிவு மற்றும் வாம்கைத்திறன், போன்ற திறன்களை உள்ளடக்கியதாக office management & It என்னும் பாடநெறியினை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி அவர்களின் இலத்தினை அடையாளப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் அவர்களை சமூகத்தின் மத்தியில் சாதனையாளர்களாக மிளிரச்செய்வதில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது பத்து வருடங்களுக்கும் மேலாக பெரும்பங்காற்றி வருகின்றது.
அந்த வகையில் மட்டக்களப்பு புதுக்குடியிருப்பில் அமைந்துள்ள விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியில் office management & It பாடநெறியினை பூர்த்தி செய்த பயிலுனர்களுக்கான Field visit தொடர்பான அறிக்கையினை சமர்பித்தல் நிகழ்வானது கல்லூரி முதல்வர் திரு.சந்திரசேகரம் தலைமையில் 13-09-2025 சனிக்கிழமை அன்று கல்லூரியில் இடம்பெற்றது.
இந்நிகழ்வில் பயிலுனர்கள் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அரச மற்றும் அரசு சார்பற்ற நிறுவனங்களில் கட்டமைப்பு. அதன் செயற்பாடுகள் மற்றும் அங்கு காணப்படும் கற்கைநெறிகள் பற்றிய விடயங்களை மிகத்தெளிவான முறையில் சமர்ப்பித்தமை குறிப்பிடதக்கவிடயமாகும்.
அடிப்படை கணனி அறிவு இல்லாது பயிற்சி நெறியில் இணைந்த பயிலுனர்களும் தற்போது, தமது தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கான கணனி அறிவினை பெற்றுக்கொண்டனர் என தெரிவித்தனர். இந்நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொண்ட விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்டவியல் கல்லூரியின் ஆலோசகர் திரு.கஜேந்திரன் மற்றும் கல்லூரி சேவையாளர்கள் , பயிலுனர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடலை மேற்கொண்டு ஆக்கபூர்வமான பின்னூட்டல்களை வழங்கினர்.
இவ்வாறான செயற்றிட்டங்களில் கிடைக்கப்பெறும் அனுபவங்களின் மூலம் பயிலுனர்கள் தமது வாழ்க்கையில் வரும் சவால்களை எதிர்கொண்டு தமது இலக்குகளை வெற்றி கொள்வார்கள். என்பது குறிப்பிடதக்க விடயமாகும்.

In today’s era, youth face many difficulties due to lack of clarity about achieving their goals within the stipulated time frame.
Accordingly, Vivekananda College of Technology has been playing a major role in introducing the Office Management & It course, which includes basic computer skills, English knowledge and reading skills, focusing on the youth who have talents but lack family support and proper guidance, and identifying their talents and making them shine as achievers in the society for more than ten years.
In this regard, the Field Visit Report submission event for students who have completed the Office Management & It course at Vivekananda College of Technology, located in Puthukkudiyiruppu, Batticaloa, was held at the college on Saturday, 13-09-2025, under the leadership of the College Principal Mr. Chandrasekaram.
It is noteworthy that the trainees presented in a very clear manner the structure of government and non-government institutions in the Batticaloa district. It is noteworthy that the trainees who joined the training course without basic computer knowledge have now acquired the computer knowledge to meet their needs. Mr. Gajendran, Advisor of Vivekananda College of Technology, and the college staff who participated in the event, held discussions with the trainees and provided constructive feedback.
It is noteworthy that the trainees will face the challenges in their lives and achieve their goals through the experiences gained in such projects.
