School Activities to Resume from Today முதலாம் தரம் மற்றும் 6 ஆம் தரம் தவிர்த்து பாடசாலைகளின் ஏனைய தரங்களுக்கான முதலாம் தவணை கற்றல் நடவடிக்கைகள் இன்று (5) முதல் ஆரம்பமாகும் என கல்வி அமைச்சு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
தரம் 6 இன் முதலாம் தவணைக்காக பாடசாலைகள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்படும் திகதி 2026 ஜனவரி மாதம் 21 ஆக இருப்பினும் புலமைப்பரிசில் பெறுபேறுகளின் அடிப்படையில் தரம் 6 இற்கு பிற பாடசாலைகளிலிருந்து மாணவர்களை அனுமதிப்பதற்கான நிர்வாக நடவடிக்கைகள் ஜனவரி 05 முதல் ஆரம்பிக்கும் வாரத்தினுள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படலாம் என கல்வி அமைச்சு அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது.
தரம் ஒன்றிற்கான பிள்ளைகளை இனங்காணும் செயன்முறை இன்று முதல் ஆரம்பிக்கப்படுவதுடன், உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக கற்றல் நடவடிக்கைகள் எதிர்வரும் 29 ஆம் திகதி முதல் ஆரம்பிக்கப்படும் என கல்வி அமைச்சு வௌியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

School Activities to Resume from Today
The Ministry of Education has announced that first-term academic activities for all school grades, except Grade 1 and Grade 6, will commence from today (5).
Although schools are scheduled to reopen for the first term of Grade 6 on January 21, 2026, the Ministry has instructed that administrative procedures to admit students to Grade 6 from other schools, based on scholarship examination results, may be carried out during the week commencing January 5.
Meanwhile, the process of identifying students for Grade 1 will begin from today, while official academic activities for Grade 1 are scheduled to commence on the 29th, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Education.
