மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்திலே பாடசாலை கல்வியின் பின்னர் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் எதிர்கால தொழில் திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் திறன்விருத்தியினை மேற்கொள்ள ஒரு சிறந்த இடமாக திகழும் விவேகானந்த தொழிநுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது பயிற்சிக்காக வரும் மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சிநெறியினை வழங்குவதில் மட்டும் கவனம் கொள்ளாது அவர்களின் சமூக வாழ்வை அவர்கள் மேம்படுத்தகூடிய பல்வேறு செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்துவருகின்றது.
அந்த வகையில் மட்டக்களப்பு புதுக்குடியிருப்பு விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியில் Office management & IT பாட நெறியினை தொடரும் பயிலுனர்கள் மற்றும் பெற்றோர்களுடனான கலந்துரையாடல் 31.05.2025 சனிக்கிழமை அன்று மு.ப 10 மணிக்கு கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்றுப்பணிப்பாளர் திரு.க.பிரதீஸ்வரன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் இடம்பெற்றது. இந்நிகழ்வில் 35 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பெற்றோர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டமை குறிப்பிடதக்க விடயமாகும்
இந் நிகழ்வில் கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்றுப்பணிப்பாளர் அவர்களினால் 13 வருட கால கல்லூரியின் வளர்ச்சி பற்றியும் கல்லூரியின் செயற்பாடுகள் பற்றியும் பூரணமான விளக்கங்கள் பெற்றோர்களுக்கு வழங்கிவைக்கப்பட்டதோடு, இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் தொழில்கல்வியின் அவசியமும் மற்றும் பயிலுனர்கள் தமது பயிற்சிநெறியின் பின்னர் ஒரு தொழில் அனுபவத்தினை பெறுவதன் அவசியம் பற்றியும் பெற்றோர் மத்தியில் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது.
அதனடிப்படையில் பாடநெறி தொடர்பான பூரணட விளக்கம் பெற்றோர் மத்தியில் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டதோடு பெற்றோர்களின் ஆக்கபூர்வமான கருத்துக்களையும் மாணவர்களின் தேவைகள் தங்கள் எதிர்பார்ப்புக்கள் பற்றியும் குறிப்பிட்டனர். அத்துடன் பயிலுனர்கள் தமது பாட நெறி தொர்பான தங்கள் அனுபவங்களையும் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டனர். அதுமட்டுமன்றி இப் பயிற்சிநெறி புலமைப்பரிசில் முறையில் இலவசமாக நடைபெறுவதனால் அதற்கான ஒப்பந்தமும் பெற்றோருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டு கைச்சாத்துப்பட்டமை கல்லூரியின் சேவை மற்றும் தரத்தின் நிலைத்தன்மையினை பிரதிபலிக்கின்றது.
இவ்வாறு சமூகத்தின் இளைஞர்களின் வாழ்விற்கு ஒரு விடிவிளக்காக எமது மாவட்டத்திற்கு முழுமையான சேவையினை விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி வழங்கிவருகின்றது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

Orientation and Discussion Session with Parents at Vivekananda College of Technology
Vivekananda College of Technology, located in the Batticaloa district, serves as an ideal platform for students to plan their future careers and enhance their skills after completing their school education. The college not only focuses on delivering training programs to its students but also takes initiatives to improve their social well-being through various activities.
In this context, a discussion and orientation session with the trainees of the Office Management & IT course and their parents was held at Vivekananda College of Technology, Puthukudiyiruppu, Batticaloa, on Saturday, 31st May 2025 at 10:00 AM, under the leadership of the College Director Mr. K. Pratheeswaran. Notably, more than 35 parents participated in this event.
During the session, the College Director provided a comprehensive presentation on the 13-year journey and development of the institution, including detailed insights into its various activities. He emphasized the importance of vocational education in today’s world and clarified to the parents the value of gaining professional experience after completing training.
The program also served to give the parents a full explanation of the curriculum. Parents shared constructive feedback, expressed their expectations, and discussed the needs of their children. Additionally, the trainees shared their own experiences regarding the course.
Furthermore, since the training program is offered free of charge under the scholarship scheme, an agreement was provided and signed by the parents — a reflection of the college’s commitment to quality and consistent service.
It is noteworthy that Vivekananda College of Technology continues to be a beacon of hope, offering dedicated service for the betterment of youth across the district.
