விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது அடிப்படை கணணி பயிற்சி தொடக்கம் Diploma in ICT (NVQ Level-05) வரையான கற்கைநெறிகளை நடாத்தி வருகிறது அந்த வகையில் கல்லூரியின் 3 மாதகால ஆங்கில மொழிப் பயிற்சி நிகழ்ச்சியின் இறுதிக்கட்டமாக பயிலுனர்களுக்கான ஒரு மதிப்பீட்டு அம்சமாக, அவர்கள் புதிய ஒரு விடயத்தினை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அதனை வலைத்தளங்களில் தேடி கணினி மூலம் PowerPoint இல் உருவாக்கி ஆங்கிலத்தில் வெளிப்படுத்தல் (Presentation) செய்யவேண்டிய இறுதி மதிப்பீட்டு நிகழ்வு 06 .04 .2025 அன்று நடைபெற்றது.
இந்த நிகழ்விற்கான நடுவர்களாக விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் திரு. க.பிரதீஸ்வரன், கல்லூரியின் அதிபரும், ஆங்கில விரிவுரையாளருமான திரு.த.சந்திரகசேகரம் மற்றும் பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர் திரு.ரொஷான் ஜோயல் அவர்களும் கலந்துகொண்டனர். பயிலுனர்கள் இணையவழி மூலமாக தகவல்களை தேடிப்பெற்று, ஆராய்ந்து, தெளிவான முறையில் அதனை ஆங்கிலத்தில் வெளிப்படுத்தியது மிகச்சிறப்பாக இருந்தது.
அவர்கள் காட்டிய முயற்சியும், கற்றறியும் ஆவலும் பாராட்டத்தக்கது. இத்தகைய பயிற்சிகள், மாணவர்களின் மொழித் திறனை வளர்ப்பது மட்டுமல்லாது, பொதுவான விடயங்களை அறிந்துகொள்வதுடன், அவர்களிடையே ஒரு தன்னம்பிக்கையையும் வளர்க்கும் ஒரு முக்கிய அடித்தளமாக அமைகின்றது.

Students Advancing Through Language
Vivekananda College of Technology has been offering a range of computer training programs, starting from basic computer courses to the Diploma in ICT (NVQ Level-05). As part of these educational initiatives, a 3-month English Language Training Program was conducted, focusing on developing the communication skills of students.
As the final component of this English course, a comprehensive assessment event was held on April 6, 2025. For this evaluation, students were required to select a new topic, research it online, and create a PowerPoint presentation to deliver their findings in English. This task not only tested their language skills but also their ability to gather and synthesize information using digital tools.
The panel of judges for this event included:
- Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of Vivekananda College of Technology,
- Mr. T. Chandrakasekaram, Principal and Senior English Lecturer of the college,
- Mr. Roshan Joel, the course instructor and trainer.
The participants showcased commendable dedication by researching online, organizing their content, and delivering clear and confident presentations in English. The clarity, creativity, and effort put forth by the students were deeply appreciated by all present.
The commitment and enthusiasm demonstrated by the learners were truly admirable. Initiatives like this go beyond just language development — they:
