மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்ப கல்லூரி கடந்த 12 ஆண்டுகளாக இளைஞர்களுக்கான திறன் வளர்ப்பு மற்றும் தொழில் முன்னேற்றப் பயிற்சிகளை தொடர்ந்து வழங்கி, சமூகத்திற்கு பாரிய சேவையினை செய்து வருகிறது.
பயிலுநர்களுக்கான பல்வேறு பயிற்சி பட்டறைகள், வாழ்க்கைக்கு தேவையான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் ஆகியவற்றை வழங்கி வரும் நிலையில், கல்லூரியின் வளவாளர்கள் மற்றும் விவேகானந்த குழுமத்தின் கிளை நிறுவனங்களில் பணிபுரியும் ஊழியர்களின் வன் திறன் மற்றும் மென் திறன்களை வெளிச்சம்படுத்தி, மேலும் மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் இரண்டு நாள் பயிற்சி செயலமர்வு ஒன்று ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.
16.11.2025 முதல் 17.11.2025 வரை மட்டக்களப்பு மன்றேசா தியான இல்லத்தில் நடைபெற்ற இந்த செயலமர்வுக்கு விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்ப கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் க. பிரதீஸ்வர் தலைமையேற்றார்.
செயலமர்விற்கான முக்கிய வளவாளர்களாக மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட முறைசாரா கல்வி உதவி கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் அ.ஜெகநாதன், நிபுணத்துவ ஆலோசகர் இரா.கலைவேந்தன் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு, விவேகானந்த நிறுவன ஊழியர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சிகளை வழங்கினர்.
இந்த செயலமர்வில் விவேகானந்த கல்லூரியின் புதுக்குடியிருப்பு கிளை, கொம்மாதுறை கிளை ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் அமிர்தா நிறுவனம் உள்ளிட்ட நிறுவனங்களின் பல ஊழியர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு பயனடைந்தனர்.

Training workshop conducted for the members of the Vivekananda Group
Vivekananda Technical College, which has been operating in the Batticaloa District, has been providing skill development and career advancement training for youth over the past 12 years, offering a significant service to the community.
While providing various training workshops and essential life-guidance programs for trainees, a two-day training workshop was organized with the intention of enhancing and further developing the hard and soft skills of the college’s resource persons and employees working in the branch institutions of the Vivekananda group.
This workshop was held from 16.11.2025 to 17.11.2025 at the Batticaloa Manresa Retreat House, under the leadership of Mr. K. Pratheeshwar, Executive Director of Vivekananda Technical College.
The main resource persons for the workshop were Batticaloa District Assistant Education Director Mr. A. Jeganathan and expert consultant Mr. R. Kalaivendan. They conducted various skill development training sessions for the employees of the Vivekananda institutions.
Employees from the Vivekananda College’s Puthukudiyiruppu branch, Kommathurai branch, and several staff members from Amirtha Institute also participated in this workshop and benefitted from it.
