ஜப்பானில் ஏற்பட்ட நிலநடுக்கத்தால் இலங்கைக்குப் பாதிப்பா

ஜப்பானின் மிசாவா அருகே ஏற்பட்ட 7.6 மெக்னிடியூட் நிலநடுக்கத்தினால் Will Japan’s earthquake affect Sri Lanka இலங்கைக்கு எவ்வித பாதிப்புக்களும் இல்லை என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நிலநடுக்கத்தினால் ஜப்பானுக்கு ஆழிப்பேரலை அச்சுறுத்தல் விடுக்கப்பட்ட போதிலும், இலங்கைக்கு அதனால் எவ்வித அச்சுறுத்தல்களும் ஏற்படவில்லை என அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

இதனால் எவ்வித அச்சமும் கொள்ளத் தேவையில்லை எனவும், பொய் வதந்திகளை நம்ப வேண்டாம் எனவும் பொதுமக்களிடம் கோரிக்கை விடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த நிலையில், உலகளாவிய நிலநடுக்கம் மற்றும் பேரிடர் நிலைமை தொடர்பில் தொடர்ச்சியாக அவதானித்து வருவதாகவும், ஏதேனும் புதுப்பிப்புகள் ஏற்படும் பட்சத்தில் அது தொடர்பில் இலங்கை மக்களுக்கு உரிய நேரத்தில் உத்தியோகபூர்க அறிவிப்புகள் வெளியிடப்படும் எனவும் வளிமண்டலத் திணைக்களம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.

முன்னதாக, ஜப்பானின் வடபகுதியில் இலங்கை நேரப்படி நேற்று மாலை ஏற்பட்ட நிலநடுக்கத்தில் 23 பேர் வரை காயமடைந்துள்ளதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்தநிலையில், ஆயிரக்கணக்கான மக்களைக் குறித்த பகுதியிலிருந்து வெளியேறுமாறு உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளதாகச் சர்வதேச ஊடகங்கள் செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளன.

Will Japan’s earthquake affect Sri Lanka

It has been announced that the 7.6 magnitude earthquake that struck near Misawa in Japan will have no impact on Sri Lanka.

Although a tsunami warning was issued for Japan following the earthquake, authorities have stated that there is no such threat to Sri Lanka.

Therefore, there is no need for any fear, and the public is requested not to believe false rumours.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has stated that they are continuously monitoring global earthquake and disaster situations, and that if there are any updates, official announcements will be issued to the Sri Lankan public in due time.

Earlier, it was reported that around 23 people were injured in the earthquake that occurred yesterday evening (Sri Lanka time) in northern Japan.

In this situation, international media have reported that thousands of people have been ordered to evacuate the affected area.
