சைல்ட் பண்ட் நிறுவனத்தின் நிதியுதவியுடன் அக்ஷன் யுனிற்றி லங்கா நிறுவனத்தினால் மட்டக்களப்பில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்ற இளைஞர்களின் வாழ்வாதார வலுப்படுத்தல் செயற்திட்டம் பற்றி அரச அரச சார்பற்ற தொழில் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்களுக்கிடையிலான கலந்துரையாடல் இடம்பெற்று வருவதாக அக்ஷன் யுனிற்றி லங்கா நிறுவனத்தின் இளைஞர்களுக்கான நிகழ்ச்சித் திட்ட இணைப்பாளர் அனுலா அன்டன் தெரிவித்தார்.

மட்டக்களப்பு கல்லடியிலுள்ள தனியார் விடுதியில் இடம்பெற்ற கலந்துரையாடலில் அரச, அரச சார்பற்ற சுமார் 15 தொழில் கல்விப் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்களின் தொழில் வழிகாட்டல் அலுவலர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு கருத்துக்களைத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

இது பற்றி அனுலா மேலும் தெரிவிக்கையில், அக்ஷன் யுனிற்றி லங்கா நிறுவனத்தின் தொழில் வழிகாட்டல் செயற்திட்டங்களின் கீழ் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட செயற்பாடுகளில் அரச, அரச சார்பற்ற நிறுவனங்கள், தொழில் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றுமுள்ள அமைப்புக்களின் பங்குபற்றுதல், இளைஞர்களை இணைத்துக் கொள்வதற்காக முன்னெடுக்கப்படுகின்ற நடவடிக்கைகள் பற்றிய கலந்துரையாடலாக இது முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றது.

எதிர்காலத்தில் இளைஞர்களின் தொழில் கல்வி போட்டித் தன்மை மிக்கதாக, சர்வதேச தராதரங்களுக்கு ஏற்றவையாக, சந்தை நிலவரங்களுக்கு கிராக்கி உள்ளதாக முன்னெடுக்கப்படல் வேண்டும் எனவும் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டு செயல் திட்டங்கள் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றது என்று தெரிவித்தார்.

Discussion on Youth Livelihood Empowerment Program

With the financial support of Child Fund, Action Unity Lanka is implementing a Youth Livelihood Empowerment Program in Batticaloa. A discussion on this initiative, involving both government and non-government vocational training institutes, is currently taking place, according to Anula Anton, Youth Program Coordinator of Action Unity Lanka.

The discussion, held at a private hostel in Kallady, Batticaloa, was attended by career guidance officers from around 15 government and non-government vocational education and training institutes, who shared their views and suggestions.

Speaking further, Anula explained that this discussion was organized under the career guidance programs of Action Unity Lanka. The focus was on the participation of government, non-government organizations, and vocational training institutes in the activities carried out, as well as the initiatives being taken to include more youth in the process.

It was also discussed that in the future, vocational education for young people should be made more competitive, aligned with international standards, and responsive to market demands. Action plans are being designed accordingly, she added.
