நூல்களின் அறிமுக விழா

மகுடம் கலை இலக்கிய வட்டம் மற்றும் மட்டக்களப்பு தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் இணைந்து 19/04/2025 சனிக்கிழமை அன்று, காலை 10.00 மணியளவில் மட்டக்களப்பு தமிழ்ச் சங்கக் கலையரங்கத்தில் அவுஸ்திரேலிய எழுத்தாளரான சட்டத்தரணி பாடும்மீன் சு.ஸ்ரீகந்தராசா அவர்களின் புத்தக வெளியீட்டு விழாவினை நடாத்தியது .

இந்நிகழ்வானது மட்டக்களப்பு தமிழ்ச்சங்க தலைவர் சைவபுரவலர் வி.ரஞ்சிதமூர்த்தி அவர்களின் தலைமையில் இடம்பெற்றது. இந்நிகழ்வில் பிரதம விருந்தினராக கிழக்கு பல்கலைக்கழக தமிழ்க்கற்கைகள் துறை தலைவர் பேராசிரியர் சி.சந்திரசேகரம் அவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டார்.

இந்நிகழ்வில் பாடும்மீன் சு.ஸ்ரீகந்தராசா அவர்களின் ‘இன்னும்கன்னியாக’
(சிறுகதைத்தொகுப்பு), ‘சங்கஇலக்கியகாட்சிகள்’ (கட்டுரைத்தொகுப்பு) என இரு நூல்கள் வெளியிடப்பட்டது . இந்நூல்களின் முதல் பிரதி சட்டதரணி K. நாராயணப்பிள்ளை LL.B அவர்களுக்கு வழங்கி சிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது.

Celebrating Tamil Literature

The Makudam Arts and Literary Circle in collaboration with the Batticaloa Tamil Sangam organized a book launch event on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Batticaloa Tamil Sangam Auditorium.

This event marked the release of two books by Australian writer and attorney Mr. Padummeen S. Srikantharajah.

The event was held under the patronage of Mr. V. Ranjithamoorthy, President of the Batticaloa Tamil Sangam and a devout Saivite. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Professor C. Chandrasekaram, Head of the Department of Tamil Studies at Eastern University.

During the event, Mr. Padummeen S. Srikantharajah’s two books titled “Innum Kanniyaka” (a collection of short stories) and “Sangam Ilakkiya Kaatchigal” (a collection of essays) were officially released. The first copy of these books was presented to Attorney K. Narayanapillai, LL.B, in a special ceremonial moment.
