மட்டகளப்பிற்கு புதிய மாவட்ட செயலாளர் பதவியேற்பு

மட்டகளப்பு மாவட்ட செயலாளராக திரு மு. உதயகுமார் அவர்கள் 2025 ஜூன் 23 அன்று அதிகாரபூர்வமாக மாவட்ட செயலாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் பதவி ஏற்றார்.

இவர் இலங்கை நிர்வாக சேவைக்கு (SLAS) சேர்ந்த உயர் தர வகுப்பு I அதிகாரி ஆவார். பல பிரதேச சபைகளில் செயலாளர் பதவிகளில் பணியாற்றிய அனுபவம் அவருக்கு உண்டு.

மேலும், இவர் கிழக்கு மாகாண பொது நிர்வாக ஆணையராகவும் பொறுப்பில் இருந்தார். SLAS வகுப்பு I அதிகாரியாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள மு. உதயகுமார் அவர்கள் பல பிரதேச சபைகள் உள்ளிட்ட அரச நிறுவனங்களில் செயலாளர் பதவிகளில் முன்‌ அனுபவம் கொண்டவர்
அதுமட்டுமல்லாது கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் பொது நிர்வாக ஆணையராகவும் அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் செயல்பட்டுள்ளார்.

இவரால் உள்ளாட்சி, திட்டமிடல், சமூக, மற்றும் பொது சேவைத் துறைகளில் தெளிவான முன்னேற்றம், பணித்திறன் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு வழிகாட்டுதல் கிடைக்கும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

New District Secretary Assumes Duties in Batticaloa

Mr. M. Udayakumar officially assumed duties as the new District Secretary of Batticaloa on June 23, 2025, at the District Secretariat office.

He is a Class I officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS) and has extensive experience serving as Secretary in several local government bodies.

Additionally, he previously held the position of Commissioner of Public Administration in the Eastern Province. As a SLAS Class I officer, Mr. Udayakumar brings with him a wealth of experience in various public institutions, particularly in the roles of Secretary across multiple local government bodies.

He has also served with dedication as the Commissioner of Public Administration in the Eastern Province.

His leadership is expected to bring clear progress, improved efficiency, and disciplined guidance in the areas of local governance, planning, community development, and public service delivery.
