Now Is the Right Time to Buy Vehicles

Consumers are being encouraged to purchase vehicles now, according to the Vehicle Importers’ Association.

The association’s president, Indika Sampath Merinchige, stated that the recent upward pressure on vehicle prices has eased and that the market has reached a more stable and balanced condition.

Meanwhile, he also pointed out that the 2.5% Social Security Tax mentioned in the 2026 budget is not a new tax.
