Risk of Leptospirosis Spread in the Country

The Public Health Inspectors’ Association has warned that as the flood threat recedes, there is a risk of leptospirosis (rat fever) spreading across the country.

It is reported that leptospirosis, which was previously limited to only a few areas, now poses a threat of spreading nationwide along with the recent flooding.
