மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது அரச அங்கீகாத்துடனான சான்றிதழை (NVQ) வழங்குவதன் மூலம் இளைஞர்களுக்கு தொழில்திறன்களை வழங்கி அவர்களின் வெற்றிப் பாதையினை அமைத்துக்கொள்வதற்கு மட்டுமல்லாது வாழ்க்கைத்திறன் பயிற்சிகளினூடாக இளைஞர்களுக்கான வழிகாட்டல்களை வழங்குவதன் மூலம் அவர்களை சாதனையாளர்களாக மாற்றுவதில் கடந்த 12 ஆண்டுகளாக மகத்தான சேவையினை வழங்கி வருகின்றது.
அந்த வகையில் 2026ம் ஆண்டின் பயிற்சிநெறிகளுக்கான ஆரம்பகட்ட நிகழ்வானது 11.12.2025 வியாழக்கிழமை அன்று மட்டக்களப்பு புதுக்குடியிருப்பில் அமைந்துள்ள விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியில் நடைபெற்றது.
இந்நிகழ்வில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி பற்றிய அறிமுகம், கல்லூரியின் செயற்பாடுகள் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டதோடு இலங்கையின் தேசிய உயர்கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி ஆணையத்தினால் வழங்கப்படுகின்ற NVQ தரச்சான்றிதழின் முக்கியத்துவம் மற்றும் அதற்கான தொழில்வாய்ப்புக்கள் பற்றியும் இக்கால தொழில்நுட்பம் தொடர்பான தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது.
2026ம் ஆண்டிற்குரிய புதிய விண்ணப்பங்களுக்கான பதிவுகள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் இவ்வாறான ஆரம்பகட்ட விழிப்புணர்பு செயற்றிட்டமானது 08.12.2025 தொடக்கம் 14.12.2025 வரை புதுக்குடியிருப்பில் அமைந்துள்ள விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியில் நடைபெறுகின்றமையும் குறிப்பிடதக்கவிடயமாகும்.
Inaugural Programme for Training Courses Held on 11.12.2025
The Vivekananda College of Technology in the Batticaloa District has, for the past 12 years, been rendering a valuable service by providing young people with vocational skills through government-recognized National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) certificates. In addition to helping them build successful career pathways, the institution also offers guidance through life-skills training, thereby shaping youth into achievers.
Accordingly, the inaugural programme for the 2026 training courses was held on Thursday, 11.12.2025, at the Vivekananda College of Technology located in Puthukudiyiruppu, Batticaloa.
During the event, an introduction to the Vivekananda College of Technology was presented and its activities were explained. Awareness was also provided on the importance of the NVQ qualification awarded by Sri Lanka’s Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), the employment opportunities associated with it, and contemporary technological developments.
With registrations for new applications for the year 2026 now open, it is noteworthy that this initial awareness programme is being conducted at the Vivekananda College of Technology in Puthukudiyiruppu from 08.12.2025 to 14.12.2025.
