‘டிட்வா’ சூறாவளியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட வீடுகளுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் 25,000 ரூபாய் நிவாரணக் கொடுப்பனவு இதுவரை 299,513 வீடுகளுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தேசிய அனர்த்த நிவாரண சேவை மையம் (NDRSC) தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
குறித்த நிவாரணத்தைப் பெற சுமார் 469,457 வீடுகள் தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளன.
இதில் எஞ்சியுள்ள 169,944 வீடுகளுக்கான கொடுப்பனவுகள் தற்போது நிலுவையில் உள்ளன.
இந்த நிவாரணத் திட்டத்திற்காக மொத்தமாக 7.487 பில்லியன் ரூபாய் செலவிடப்படும் என மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும் வீடு அல்லாத ஏனைய துறைகளுக்கான நட்டஈடு வழங்கும் பணிகள் டிசம்பர் 31ஆம் திகதிக்குள் நிறைவு செய்யப்படும் என பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
அத்துடன் வீடுகளுக்கான மேலதிக நட்டஈடு கொடுப்பனவுகள் அடுத்த ஆண்டு (2026) ஜனவரி மாதத்தில் வழங்கப்படும் எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Cyclone Dithva: Important Announcement for Those Yet to Receive Compensation
The National Disaster Relief Services Centre (NDRSC) has announced that the Rs. 25,000 relief payment allocated to households affected by Cyclone Dithva has so far been distributed to 299,513 homes.
Approximately 469,457 households have been identified as eligible to receive this relief assistance.
Of these, payments for the remaining 169,944 households are currently pending.
It is estimated that a total of Rs. 7.487 billion will be spent on this relief programme.
The Ministry of Defence has also stated that compensation payments for sectors other than housing will be completed by December 31.
Furthermore, additional compensation payments for housing are scheduled to be disbursed in January next year (2026).
