இளைஞர்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவப் பயிற்சி

Leadership Training Programme for Youth மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் 12 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக இளைஞர்களின் மாற்றத்திற்கான வலுவூட்டல் எனும் தொனிப்பொருளில் பல்வேறுபட்ட செயற்பாடுகளை விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது சமூகத்தின் மத்தியில் மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றது.

அதனடிப்படையில் இளைஞர்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவப் பயிற்சியானது மண்முனைப்பற்று பிரதேச செயலக உறுப்பினர் பா.கிஸ்காந்தமுதலி மற்றும் இளைஞர் சங்கத்தின் ஏற்பாட்டில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியினாரால் 2025.12.21ம் திகதி மட்டக்களப்பு, ஆரையம்பதி பிரதேச செயலகத்தில் இடம்பெற்றது.

இப்பயிற்சியில் இளைஞர்களுக்கு தலைமைத்துவ பண்புகள் மற்றும் பொறுப்புக்களின் முக்கியத்துவம், செயல் சொல் பார்வைக்கோணம் என்பவற்றை கட்டுப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் தனிமனித வாழ்வில் ஏற்படும் மாற்றங்கள் பற்றியும் நேரத்தினை சரியான முறையில் பயன்படுத்துவதன் அவசியம் பற்றியும் சமூக நோக்கத்திற்காக செயற்படும் போது குழு செயற்பாட்டின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் பல்வேறுபட்ட செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் சிறப்பான முறையில் தெளிவூட்டப்பட்டது.

இச்செயலமர்வில் மண்முனைப்பற்று பிரதேசசெயலகப் பிரிவிற்குட்பட்ட கிராம சேவைப்பிரிவுகளில் வசிக்கும் 70க்கும் மேற்பட்ட இளைஞர்கள் பற்குபற்றி பயன்பெற்றமை குறிப்பிடதக்க விடயமாகும்.

Leadership Training Programme for Youth

For over 12 years, the Vivekananda Technical College has been carrying out various community-based initiatives in the Batticaloa District under the theme of empowering youth for positive transformation.

In line with this objective, a leadership training programme for youth was organized by the Vivekananda Technical College, in coordination with Manmunai Pattu Divisional Secretariat Member P. Kiskanthanamuthali and the Youth Society. The programme was held on 21.12.2025 at the Araiyampathy Divisional Secretariat in Batticaloa.

During the training, youth were effectively educated through various activities on the importance of leadership qualities and responsibilities, managing action-oriented perspectives, the positive changes such approaches can bring to individual lives, the importance of proper time management, and the significance of teamwork when working towards social goals.
