பண்டிகை பாடசாலை விடுமுறையை முன்னிட்டு விசேட ரயில் சேவை

Special Train Services for the Festive Season and School Holidays நத்தார் பண்டிகை, பாடசாலை விடுமுறை மற்றும் வருட இறுதி நீண்ட விடுமுறையை முன்னிட்டு விசேட ரயில் சேவைகளை முன்னெடுக்க ரயில்வே திணைக்களம் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.

அதன்படி இன்று (24) பி.ப. 03.00 மணிக்கு மருதானையிலிருந்து மாத்தறை வரை விசேட விரைவு ரயில் பயணிக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த விசேட ரயில் 29ஆம் திகதியன்று மு.ப. 05.00 மணிக்கு மாத்தறை புகையிரத நிலையத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு மு.ப. 08.30 மணிக்கு கொழும்பு கோட்டையை வந்தடைய திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதேவேளை கொழும்பு கோட்டை – காங்கேசன்துறை இடையிலான நகரங்களுக்கு இடையிலான ரயில் (Intercity) 25 மற்றும் 28 ஆகிய திகதிகளில் பயணிக்கத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த ரயில் 09 குளிரூட்டப்பட்ட முதல் வகுப்பு பெட்டிகளைக் கொண்டதாகும்.

Special Train Services for the Festive Season and School Holidays

In view of the Christmas festival, school holidays, and the year-end long vacation, the Department of Railways has planned to operate special train services.

Accordingly, a special express train is scheduled to operate today (24) from Maradana to Matara, departing at 3.00 p.m.

This special train is planned to depart from Matara Railway Station on the 29th at 5.00 a.m. and arrive at Colombo Fort at 8.30 a.m.

Meanwhile, the Intercity train service between Colombo Fort and Kankesanthurai is scheduled to operate on the 25th and 28th.

This Intercity train will consist of nine air-conditioned first-class coaches.
