A Rare Celestial Event in the New Year 2026 ஆம் ஆண்டு, வானில் ஒரு கண்கவர் வானியல் நிகழ்வு நடக்கவுள்ளது.

ஆண்டின் முதல் முழு நிலவு, ‘ஓநாய் நிலவு’ ஆகும்.

சூப்பர் மூன் என்பது சந்திரன் பூமிக்கு மிக அருகில் இருக்கும்போது ஏற்படும் முழு நிலவு ஆகும்.

நாசாவின் கூற்றுப்படி, அந்நாளில் சந்திரன் சாதாரண முழு நிலவை விட 14% பெரியதாகவும் 30% பிரகாசமாகவும் தோன்றும் என தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

The first full moon of the year will be the Wolf Moon.

A Supermoon occurs when the Moon is at its closest point to Earth during a full moon.

According to NASA, on this day the Moon is expected to appear 14% larger and 30% brighter than a normal full moon.

The Moon’s orbit around the Earth is not perfectly circular but elliptical.

The point at which the Moon comes closest to Earth is known as Perigee.

Astronomers advise skywatchers to look toward the eastern horizon at sunset on Friday, January 2, or Sunday, January 4, to enjoy this stunning sight.

It is also reported that the Moon will reach its maximum brightness at 3:32 PM on January 3.
