இளைஞர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தை வளமானதாக மாற்றுவதற்கான ஒரு உறுதியான அடித்தளமாக விளங்கும் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியானது Vivekananda Community Foundation (VCF) உடன் இணைந்து பல்வேறு செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்து வருகிறது.
இவ்வாறு முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டு வரும் செயற்பாடுகளுக்கு நிதி உதவியை புலம்பெயர் தேசங்களில் வசிக்கும் தமிழ்பேசும் உறவுகளின் நிதி அனுசரணை மற்றும் ஏனைய உதவிகளுடன் நீண்ட காலமாக மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
பாவக்கொடி சேனையில் உள்ள பாலர் பாடசாலை ஒன்றிற்கு கனடாவில் வசிக்கும் திரு. இளையதம்பி ஏகாம்பரம் அவர்களும், திரு. வேலுப்பிள்ளை சிவசுந்தரம் அவர்களும் விஜயம் மேற்கொண்டு பாலர் பாடசாலையின் குறைநிறைகளை கேட்டறிந்துகொண்டதுடன், அவர்களுடைய செயற்பாடுகளையும் பார்வையிட்டனர்.
இதன்போது பாலர் பாடசாலை சார்பில் கற்றல் உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு உபகரணங்களை பெற்றுத் தரும்படி கோரிக்கை விடுக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த கோரிக்கைக்கு அமைவாக கனடாவில் வசிக்கும் ஏகாம்பரம் குடும்பமும், சிவசுந்தரம் குடும்பமும் ஆகியோரின் அனுசரணையில் பாலர் பாடசாலை மாணவர்களுக்கு கற்றல், கற்பித்தலுக்கு தேவையான உபகரணங்கள் 19.03.2026 அன்று வழங்கி வைக்கப்பட்டது.
பிரதேச செயலகத்தின் அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர் திரு. எஸ். மனோகரன் அவர்களின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ் இடம்பெற்ற இந்த நிகழ்விற்கு கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்றுப் பணிப்பாளர் திரு. க. பிரதீஸ்வரன் அவர்கள் விஜயம் செய்து குறித்த நன்கொடை பொருட்களை ஒப்படைத்தார்.

Provision of Educational Equipment to a Preschool
The Vivekananda Community Foundation (VCF), which operates with the aim of social development, continues to implement various humanitarian and education-related programs. Focusing on underprivileged and needy communities, the organization carries out initiatives such as educational support, youth skill development, women empowerment, and livelihood development programs.
Vivekananda Technical College, which serves as a strong foundation for shaping the future of youth, collaborates with the Vivekananda Community Foundation (VCF) in carrying out various activities.
These ongoing initiatives have been supported for a long time through financial assistance and other contributions from Tamil-speaking well-wishers living abroad.
Mr. Ilayathambi Egambaram and Mr. Veluppillai Sivasundaram, who reside in Canada, visited a preschool in Pavakkodi Chenai. During their visit, they inquired about the needs and shortcomings of the preschool and also observed its activities.
At that time, a request was made on behalf of the preschool for learning materials and play equipment. In response to this request, with the sponsorship of the Egambaram and Sivasundaram families residing in Canada, the necessary teaching and learning equipment for the preschool students was provided on 19.03.2026.
This event was conducted under the guidance of Mr. S. Manoharan, Development Officer of the Divisional Secretariat. The Executive Director of the college, Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, attended the event and officially handed over the donated items.
