மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் கணக்கியல் (IT & Accounting) சேவைகளுடன் முகாமைத்துவ வியாபார நிபுணத்துவ ஆலோசனைக்கான (Management Consultancy) முன்னோடியாக திகழ்கின்ற Amirda நிறுவனமானது தங்களது சமூகம் சார் செயற்பாடுகளில் ஒன்றான “Smart tools for smarter work” என்ற தொனிப்பொருளின் கீழ் மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலாளரின் வேண்டுகோளுக்கு இணங்க மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலகத்தில் கடமை புரியும் உத்தியோகஸ்தர்களில் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட 17 பேருக்கு தொடர்ச்சியான 5 நாள் பயிற்சி பட்டறை 08.05.2025 ஆம் திகதி அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தில் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது.
அந்த வகையில் ஐந்து நாள் பயிற்சி பட்டறையின் இறுதி நாள் நிகழ்வானது Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் பிரதம நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரி திரு.த.புவிகரன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலாளர் திருமதி.நமசிவாயம் சத்தியானந்தி அவர்கள், விவேகானந்தா தொழில்நுட்ப கல்லூரி மற்றும் அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் திரு.க.பிரதீஸ்வரன் அவர்கள், வளவாளர் திரு.வி.கஜேந்திரன் அவர்கள் அத்தோடு பிரதேச செயலகம் சார்பான ஒழுங்கமைப்பினை மேற்கொண்ட திறன் அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகஸ்தர் திரு சிவநாதன் அத்துடன் பிரதேச செயலக உத்தியோகத்தர்கள், அமிர்தா நிறுவன சேவையாளர்கள் ஆகியோரின் பங்குபற்றுதலுடன் மட்டக்களப்பு நகரில் உள்ள அமிர்தா நிறுனத்தில் 16.05.2025 நடைபெற்றது.
பயிற்சி பட்டறையானது Smart Tools for Smarter Work என்னும் தலைப்பில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இப்பயிற்சி பட்டறையின் நோக்கம், பொது நிர்வாகத் துறையில் பணியாற்றும் உத்தியோகஸ்தர்களுக்கு Computer Apps and Smart Tools போன்றவற்றின் பயன்பாடுகள் பற்றிய தெளிவை ஏற்படுத்தி, அவர்கள் அன்றாடப் பணிகளை விரைவாகவும் வினைத்திறனுடனும் மேற்கொள்ள வைப்பதாகும்.
இந்நிகழ்வில், பயிற்சி பட்டறையில் பங்கு பற்றிய அனைத்து மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலக உத்தியோகஸ்தர்களுக்கு பிரதேச செயலாளர் அவர்களினால் பங்குபற்றலுக்கான சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
நடைபெற்ற பயிற்சி பட்டறையில் பங்கேற்ற உத்தியோகஸ்தர்கள் அனைவரும், இந்த பயிற்சி பட்டரையானது சிறந்த ஒரு வாய்ப்பு எனவும், அலுவலகப் பணிக்கான அனைத்து விடயங்களும் இங்கு புதியவையாகவும் தங்கள் தொழில்சார் நடவடிக்கைகளில் எவ்வாறு அவற்றை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்ற தெளிவினை பெற்றதாகவும், நவீன தொழில்நுட்பத்திற்கு ஏற்ப அனைத்து விடயங்களும் உள்ளடங்குவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தனர்.
அத்தோடு இதுபோன்ற பயிற்சிகள் தொடர்ந்து வழங்கப்படவேண்டும் என்றும், இவை தங்கள் தொழில்முறை மற்றும் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கையிலும் ஒரு முக்கிய பயன்பாடாக இருக்கும் எனவும் தெரிவித்தனர்.

Amirda’s Training Workshop for Manmunai West Officers
Amirda, a pioneering company in the fields of Information Technology and Accounting services, as well as Management Consultancy in the Batticaloa District, initiated a five-day continuous training workshop under the theme “Smart Tools for Smarter Work”. This program was conducted in response to a request from the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat and commenced on May 8, 2025, at the Amirda premises. A selected group of 17 officers from the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat participated in this community-focused initiative.
The final day of the workshop took place on May 16, 2025, at Amirda’s office in Batticaloa. It was held under the leadership of Mr. T. Buvikaran, Chief Executive Officer of Amirda, and was graced by the presence of Ms. Namasivayam Sathiyananthi, Divisional Secretary of Manmunai West. Also in attendance were Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of Vivekananda Technical College and Amirda, Mr. V. Kajendran, a resource person, and Mr. Sivanathan, the Skill Development Officer who coordinated the event on behalf of the Divisional Secretariat, along with staff from both the Secretariat and Amirda.
The training workshop, titled “Smart Tools for Smarter Work,” aimed to provide officers in public administration with a clear understanding of using computer applications and smart tools. The goal was to enable them to perform their daily tasks more efficiently and effectively.
During the closing ceremony, certificates of participation were awarded to all the officers by the Divisional Secretary.
Participants of the workshop expressed that it was a valuable opportunity. They stated that the sessions introduced them to new and relevant topics for office work and provided clarity on how to apply these tools in their professional tasks. They also appreciated that the workshop covered aspects aligned with modern technology.
Furthermore, the participants emphasized the importance of continuing such training sessions in the future, noting that these skills are beneficial not only for their professional development but also for their personal lives.
