மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் கணக்கியல் (IT & Accounting) சேவைகளுடன் முகாமைத்துவ வியாபார நிபுணத்துவ ஆலோசனைக்கான (Management Consultancy) முன்னோடியாக திகழ்கின்ற Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் செயற்பாடுகளில் ஒன்றாக, மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலகத்தின் செயலாளரின் வேண்டுகோளுக்கு இணங்க மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலகத்தில் கடமை புரியும் உத்தியோகஸ்தர்களுக்கான தொடர்ச்சியான ஐந்து நாள் பயிற்சி பட்டறை 08.05.2025 ஆம் திகதி அமிர்தா நிறுவனத்தில் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது.
மண்முனைமேற்கு பிரதேச செயலாளர் திருமதி.நமசிவாயம் சத்தியானந்தி அவர்களின் ஏற்பாட்டில் Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் திரு.க.பிரதீஸ்வரன் மற்றும் Amirda நிறுவனத்தின் பிரதம நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரி திரு.த.புவிகரன் ஆகியோரின் பங்குபற்றுதலுடன் திரு. வி. கஜேந்திரன் அவர்கள் வளவாளராக பங்கு பற்றி, திறன் அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகஸ்தரான திரு சிவநாதன் அவர்களின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பில் இந் நிகழ்வு முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டது.
இந்நிகழ்வானது smart tools for smarter work training என்னும் தலைப்பில் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்வின் நோக்கம், பொது நிர்வாகத் துறையில் பணியாற்றும் உத்தியோகஸ்தர்களுக்கு smart toolsஇன் பயன்பாடுகளின் தெளிவை ஏற்படுத்தி, அவர்கள் அன்றாடப் பணிகளை விரைவாகவும் திறமையாகவும் செயட்பட வைப்பதாகும்
இன்றைய வேகமான தொழில்நுட்ப உலகில், Smart Tools பயன்படுத்துவது ஒரு முக்கியமான திறனாக மாறியுள்ளது. இந்த பயிற்சி, அலுவலக உத்தியோகஸ்த்தர்களின் வேலைகளை மேலும் எளிதாக்கவும், நேரத்தை சிக்கனமாகவும், பணி செயல்திறனைக் கூட்டவும் முன்னெடுக்கபட்டு வருகின்றது.
நடைபெற்றுவரும் தொடர் பயிற்சி பற்றிய ஆரம்ப கலந்துரையாடலில் பங்கேற்ற உத்தியோகஸ்தர்கள் அனைவரும், இந்த நிகழ்வின் பயன்கள் குறித்து மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் கருத்து தெரிவித்தனர்.

Training Series by Amirda for Efficient Work
As part of its ongoing initiatives, Amirda, a pioneer in Information Technology, Accounting services, and Management Consultancy in the Batticaloa District, commenced a five-day continuous training workshop on May 8, 2025. This training, held at the Amirda premises, was organized upon the request of the Divisional Secretary of Manmunai West, for the benefit of the public officers serving under the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat.
The event was held under the leadership of the Divisional Secretary, Mrs. Namasivayam Sathiyananthi, with the participation of Amirda’s Executive Director Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, and Chief Executive Officer Mr. T. Puvikarun, Mr. V. Kajendran served as the resource person, and the program was coordinated by Mr. Sivanathan.
The training was launched under the theme “Smart Tools for Smarter Work.” The main objective of this initiative is to familiarize public administration officers with the applications of smart tools, enabling them to carry out their daily tasks more efficiently and effectively.
In today’s fast-paced technological world, the use of smart tools has become a critical skill. This training aims to simplify office tasks, promote time efficiency, and enhance work productivity for administrative staff.
During the initial discussion of the training series, the participating officers expressed great enthusiasm and appreciation for the usefulness of the program.
They also emphasized the need for such training sessions to be conducted regularly, stating that they serve as a significant step forward in their professional development.
